Absolutely frustrated with the terrible service I received at this location. I would suggest avoiding this location if you're wanting your drinks made correctly. What I thought was a simple mistake with my order turned out to be complete laziness and avoidance. The order was suppose to be a honey citrus mint tea which is made with lemonade not water. The barista insisted it was. It's clearly water, thanks for the attempt at bullshiting me. It is also made with one bag of mint tea and one bag of peach tranquility. This was the first mistake I realized. So, I drove back after speaking to them on the phone where I was assured they would make a new drink properly. Instead the barista just plopped a peach tranquality bag into the hot water and hand me the cup back. The extra pumps of peppermint not in there, not made with lemonade, and lied to.
I’ve been coming for years. This year there is a very Uncomfortable atmosphere. The pink haired barista,Avery, Continuously talks about how she is underpaidand every time I walk in, complains about her job andother issues unrelated. I don't have to bring up thesubject, she just talks. While simultaneously talking toother people and becoming distracted on the job, I'msure there's no possibility she could be underpaidwhen she spends most of her time talking tocoworkers or wandering around. If she wants to beoverworked, she should work at a different starbucksinstead of the most calm one in the city.Embarassing.
I've been coming to this Starbucks regularly since I moved to Brantford and although the drinks are always delicious the customer service at this location is what keeps you coming back!Alex in particular is one of the best baristas they've got. He's always friendly, always quick to make your order and you get the sense that he really cares about making your experience something special. Alex will make you feel like a princess everytime :) Thanks Alex and the rest of starbucks staff! You guys are doing an awesome job!
I could never understand why this is so-called “venti” size no ice! None of the Starbucks branches doing this way. I just wanna a big Volume drink which is not too cold. What am I supposed to do????? Order 2 cups??? Would never go there anymore!
I really like this location. Good service, staff is friendly, and drinks are always well made.
Never really liked Starbucks and now I know why .never doubt your instincts. Went there to get a drink they totally messed it up and then offered me a free one so when I went back next day to pick up my free one they still didn't out enough fruit into here like I asked twice..not cool. Servers need to listen and deliver what people want . We pay good money for those drinks

They’re not good at serving customers. The girl was rudely doing my drinks and she just throw the straw!!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!! Do not buy here, they’ll look at you different.
