I have eaten here for over 15 years!! The food has always been delicious! Don’t let the outdated interior change your mind, all their efforts go towards the quality food and customer service! I will be back again real some!
Very good healthy food and really good portions for the price. Fed the family or 5 for 2 meals. Very consistent quality each time I have gone there.
Chicken noodle soup was not bad but Shanghai lo mein is totally dry no any vegetables there.I feel i west money

Have tried a few places in town over the last few years and even though this one was the most expensive, thought I'd try it. It says they've been around over 55 years, so I thought they must be good. They obviously have their fans to be around so long, but I am not one of them. With delivery, nearly $70 for what at other places is $45-$50. The sweet and sour sauce was darker than I've ever seen at any restaurant, it looked nearly like blood. It was more savory than sweet. The bag that was delivered was wet on the bottom and on the side, the chow mein had leaked and made everything wet inside. The batter on the chicken balls was tough. There was enough for four good sized servings, how I will choke down three more when I didn't even like it, I do not know, but that would be a lot of money to toss out. Everything seemed fresh, the man on the phone and delivery man were polite, but I honestly cannot think of a worse Chinese meal I've ever had. The food court at the mall Chinese is better. Never again will I order from this place. Total waste of money.
Don't let the dated decor or building fool you....it's been around that long for a reason. This is our go-to place when we want Chinese food. Jimmy, Alice and crew consistently deliver great food at reasonable prices with quick, friendly service. Ordered the spicy ma po tofu dish and it was good. Generous portion, traditional Chinese style. Waiting staff are all very friendly. Menu is mostly Canadian Chinese dishes.
