The food here is normally really good, this is our go to place. Today we ordered wings, pizza and fries. Waited an hour and a half for our order to arrive, which is fine but the wings never came with the order. When I called all they would do is eventually send another driver with our wings. When I asked if this would take another hour I was told it would be done as soon as they could! Really?? No offer for a discount on future orders or a refund! We will not be ordering from here again. Not unless something more appropriate then we will get you wings when we can is done about this!!! Horrible customer service!
I've been getting pizza here ever since they first opened and I'm never disappointed. The staff is friendly and hard-working, the pizza is reasonably-priced and really good. I usually grab a slice when I'm in a hurry on the way home and don't usually have to wait over 5 minutes at most. Overall, I've had no real complaints about my experience here, and I'd definitely recommend it.

I really don’t understand the great reviews. It was like all other Brantford pizza that I have had so far. It was way too doughy, cheesy and sweet. The wings were so oily and sweet, not crispy at all. I made a large order to try multiple things and was not impressed with anything. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the service was ok.
I sure wish this was a good review but your ability to cook wings is brutal. I called to let you know that they were still really pink. You told me I you make more just bring them back no problem. Then you dig through the wings to show that they were cooked even though they were really pink. There is bloody tendons they are undercooked. Just an FYI for next time.The fact you made me dig through the rest of the two pounds to prove that they were raw is ridiculous.Customer isn’t happy just fix the problem.
Robbys is our go to for Pizza and Wings. The wings are large and always come warm. The pizza is excellent .Can’t go wrong!
PHENOMENAL PIZZA! This place is amazing! As a first time customer, not only was I impressed when I opened my pizza box, but the first bite... WOW! Exceeded my expectations! I will definitely be returning to try their wings and salad. If you want delicious local pizza... this place is it.

I am actually really dissapointed. The last time i ordered 2 weeks ago it was okay. The girl that answered the phone was a little rude but the pizza and wings were fantastic. I ordered tonight and same girl was very rude and i ordered the exact same thing to have it 10$ more. She explained very rudely that the prices changed a month ago. I said i understood but she wasnt listening to me when i tried to explain it was cheaper 2 weeks ago she just kept saying prices changed a month ago . this is the 2nd time this girl has been short and rude on the phone with a customer. Not impressed but upset because they really do make great pizza and wings
My wife and I have tried many of the pizza places in Brantford. We consistently order from Robby's - plenty of toppings and nice people. Definitely recommend giving it a try the next time you order in.
