Ordered here a number of times. Food quality is good and consistent. Melissa was the waitress last time and she did an excellent job.will return and would recommend
We dined with friends last night. Our waiter was excellent. I cannot remember his name. I do know he has applied to dental school. He is friendly, efficient and great to chat with. We all enjoyed the Thursday night special. Its nice to have a quality Canadian wine at half price. We will be back soon.
Went to dinner at Red Lobster with family. Our waitress was amazing ! She was very kind and helpful, checking in on us throughout our visit.The food was good for the most part. I ordered the Seaside Shrimp Trio and had no complaints. Although, one member of our group had an undercooked baked potato and another had tough lobster.The restaurant is very clean, the atmosphere is lovely and we did not have a long wait between ordering and our food arriving. Would recommend :)
Brantford location is quite nice. Our server was amazing. I love a good server that will briefly have a good chat with you and one that is always smiling. As always our food was delicious. We often crave lobster and this is one of the places near the top of the list.The overall restaurant was clean and sanitized. And the atmosphere was lovely. Definitely a place to return to.Cheers B.
My twin brother, his wife and I celebrated our birthday last night at Red Lobster. The food was amazing, but our waitress Sharon made our night! The service was absolutely incredible… thank you Sharon!

Heather was very friendly. We had another waitress as well can remember her name. Food and service was good. However have patience for your food.
I really appreciated Andrew's patience on the phone with me as we looked to find time that was convenient for our table size. He was very professional. Sharon was our server and she was fantastic! She kept everything running smoothly and drinks filled. She was on point and always taking our next order for the endless shrimp which I appreciated.The food quality was great and the service experience was better.Thanks again Sharon and Andrew, you made our family dinner a wonderful time!
Food, drinks, and service were all top notch. We went here last minute with no reservation, and they accommodated us easily. The service right from the beginning was amazing. All of the servers and staff were happy and took care of everything. Even with them being busy, where most would make excuses, they did great! The mimosas were fantastic with a little spin they put on them. Keep the biscuits coming, and they did just that. Both entrees were well made. We all agreed that the lobster dip appetizer needed pita chips instead of the plain old tortilla chips which were bland and boring.We will definitely be back to this location.
Great little shared platter, wasn’t overly hot when it came out but the flavour was good! I found the biscuits a tad salty but my boyfriend loved that (salt addict). Was hoping was a Sauv blanc but it wasn’t available on the menu so settled for the shrimp Caesar which was delicious!
