If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely appalled at the delivery and customer service of pizza pizza. We placed a delivery order and when the delivery driver arrived he didn’t have a machine when we told him it would be on credit. He then asked us to pay over the phone which we stated we weren’t comfortable with doing. So now it is 135 am and we have to wait up for the delivery driver to go back to the store, grab another machine and come back to our place. There is a new born baby here and all we wanted to do was eat and go to sleep. When we called back to complain Tiffany the customer service lady stated that the machine wasn't working and just kept asking if we were “refusing to pay”. No Tiffany, we were more than willing to pay, however this was pizza pizzas mess up. My question is why were we not informed when the delivery driver called when he got here that the machine “wasnt working” ? This is a complete inconvenience and a horrible experience. I will never ordered from pizza pizza again.
The worst location of pizza pizza, we ordered 2 pizzas for pick up they were not ready when we arrived, we have to wait 10 extra minutes and 1 of the pizza have barely toppings, was so grease and they burned it!! If you don't have enough toppings to work with, well DON'T SELL IT!! Very bad costumer services and product results.About your reply: You had the opportunity to made right the same day by calling us soon you realized you didn't have enough toppings and we could have waited the extra time anyways but a least we would have get enough toppings. Remember you charge us full price for a pizza with barely toppings, grease, burn and late.
Unbelievably Fluffy pizza dough, rich and clean pepperoni and pineapple Toppings.I am going to tell everyone I know about this outlet. The Chicken wings were not salty too,please keep up the quality of low sodium and great taste.
This is the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. Horrible service and very pricey, Never coming here again. Absolutely brutal!
Worst experience ever with a pizza delivery. Driver was at the wrong house, pizza pizza called at the time the pizza was to be delivered asking me to go outside because it was a girl driver, told them driver was not at my house because had been waiting outside for them for 15 minutes already. Driver then shows up and says she was up the street, then she did not have enough change for 4 something n change despite the order saying it was a cash delivery, she had her debit machine. Finally get inside and the pizza was Luke warm at best, missing the caramel sauce for the funnel cake stik. Called pizza pizza said nothing they would do.
Ordered a 3 topping x large and the pizza was a little over done on top as I looked inside the box before I left the store but once I got home and took a slice out I’d noticed the bottom side of my slice was burnt and all black. I lifted the whole pizza to see if it was just that slice and to my surprise the whole bottom of the pizza was burnt.
Wow!I never wrote a review for Pizza Pizza but seeing what happened to my friend, I totally agree with you for posting these pics. They called the cops on him and refused him the right to leave the store so that's terrible service and criminal.
We ordered from Pizza Pizza on Feb. 14, 2022and our pizza came without our three cans of pop and dripping sauce. The delivery person said he would go back to the store and retrieve them. Time past and no pop or sauce. My mom phoned and they said they would bring it. Still nothing. My mom phoned again and they said she could have a credit for the pop and sauce. My mom said no because we don't want a credit because we won't be dealing with Pizza Pizza ever again. We received our pizza at 7:00 p.m. and the pop and sauce at 10:00 p.m. Poor Service.
I was assaulted and just had the police called on me by the owner.The cashier and I were talking and I asked for her instagram. The owner called the police on me and i tried to leave but they locked me in and grabbed me from the door. Terrible experience here.
I ordered half cheese because my other daughter was allergic to pork and half pepperoni for my order daughter, they delivered all pepperoni and my 3yr old almost went to bed hungry. I have quickly fix her something to eat about 9pm. I have called them 3times they refused to pay me back. Worst experience Pizza Pizza is becoming garbage
