Today I was at king George road store in Brantford. 3 students working. All of them were great! A young man named Chad made my order, he was very professional and quick. He went over & above and cut my pita packed it separately. After a long time I had such a great service. Well done team!
very unprofessional staff, cold and no quantity, 3 small pieces of chicken in bowl and 3 small pieces in a pita. I spent 27 dollars for 50 grams of chicken.
Tasty fresh fast, bit expensive vs burgs. But healthier.
Ordered on the app and after they accepted the order, the store called to tell me that they didn't have any rice left and wouldn't be making anymore as they were closing in 45 mins. Thats fine, but I wanted to cancel my order. The store couldn't cancel and told me to cancel in the app, but there is no option to cancel an order in the app. I submitted a request for refund to both the store and spoonity which operates the app. 3 weeks later and I still do not have a refund. I enjoy pita pit but will not be returning until this is resolved.
Ordered lunch today - received 3 pitas and every single one of them had a mistake. One was not edible because I have a gluten allergy and they did not put it on a gluten free pita. we called and agreed all 3 pitas were to be remade and sent out. 45 Minutes later we received only 2 of our 3 pitas and one of which was incorrect again! Missing the falafel. Not usually one to complain but we weren't even offered a discount or anything upon calling again.
Terrible experience on skip the dishes. We received the wrong order so we called the store and they said to either drive to the store (which we didn’t want to do hence ORDERING it) or get a refund from skip and reorder. We did the second option but when the order came again both pitas were made incorrectly, one was completely inedible. Never ordering here again and will advise everyone I know not to as well.
Couldn’t eat my pita because they did a poor job making it. Sauce poured out everywhere, holes all over the pita, and my on the grill veggies were never moved around on the grill: half were burnt and the other half raw.
Shwarma meat was grey with the biggest pieces of onion. Took 2 bites and spit it out. Disappointing.
My power went out last week around 6 pm and was told it wouldnt be back on until around 11:30pm so around 10minutes to 8 i left to go to pita pit on king george road. I arrived at approx.. 8pm ( an hour before close) and ordered 3 pitas, 2x philly steaks, and 1x spicy twisted buffalo.Both the philly steaks where ordered with triple mushroom/ onion/pepper, ended up with hardly any of the items asked to be done on the grill.The twisted was ordered with mushrooms on the grill, never happened. The chicken was on the grill for all of 2minutes I didnt put much on the pita for toppings and when they where done putting it togethier it was falling apart (but not to badly) i asked if they could grill all 3 and was told "No we already cleaned it". i was kind of confused by it and responded okay no worries and carried on my way ( wish i went to another pita pit at that point).When i got home all 3 pitas where STONE COLD as if they had been left out for hours.All this and it cost me $39.xx
