This pita pit gives the absolute worst experience ever! If I could give it no stars I would. The one girl with light hair rolls her eyes because they close in 30 mins didn’t want to help me or the lady after me! Complete attitude! Why do I feel (as a paying customer) that’s I’m inconveniencing a teenager because they have started cleaning up way too early ready to leave right at 9. I came well before 9 but is this how pita pit wants to make their customers feel. She’s so rude and I just can’t believe the attitude! Quit if you hate working there it’s very evident we were a bother! Clearly it’s a trend with this employee and action needs to take place I will be complaining to corporate! Unbelievable!!
Best pita pit hands down! Salads are in the big bowl not the little one most pita pits use. Love it
ZERO STARS!!!! (Im going full karen) If you like being treated like garbage and want to give your children an absolutely horrible dinner experience then pita pit on henry street is the place for you. I personally will never return here. was scoffed at and met qith eye rolling because the lettuce was empty and she had to refill it. Same thing happened when my daughter wanted caeser dressing on her CAESER SALAD. I have never had such a horrible experience anywhere in my life.
Food is really good, been there few times and never disappointed with the food, also the customer service is good too…

I have had a completely overwhelming day and ended it with zero energy to cook. So I ordered in on skip the dishes. I made a special request and explained if my order couldn't be prepared that way I understood completely but that it was a comfort food preference and I've had a bad day. THE STAFF WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!! not only did they make my order the way I requested but they also draw hearts and good vibes on my packaging and wrote me a little letter. The letter was simple but it meant so much. The kindness of Autumn going out of their way to send a customer good vibes was literally the best act of kindness I've seen from a stranger in a while. Thank you Autumn you deserve a raise!!!!

the girl serving me was wearing pajamas and was annoyed that i paid cash because debit is easier for her
Last 3 times we’ve been there it was so bad, but tonight was the worst. I don’t think the girl tonight has had any sort of training. Couldn’t get the pitas apart without tearing them and then just left them all torn up. They didn’t make the skip order that came to pick up, they were both out back doing nothing I assume - the pita making area looked like a hurricane came through. Absolutely terrible at making the pitas, make them the wrong size and wrong bread. And then argue with you when you point it out! Like jeeze man figure it out. To be fair we remained polite and so did they, but imma just make pitas at home next time lol.
