Not nearly as good as it used to be. Burger was dry, the bun was stale. What a shame, this was my go to place for fast food. Hopefully the new owners improve the quality.

Another Brantford icon dies. George obviously sold the place. It's gone right down the toilet. Ordered an assorted. Barely anything on it, paid full price for an empty sub. Fed it to the dog. Won't be going back.Food: 1/5
Very disappointed with the burger. Small patties and paper thin bacon. I would suggest finding a new late night spot to eat.
The onion rings were nice and crispy but totally lacked seasoning. The sub was awful. First, the corned beef is listed on the take out menu as a hot sub, hot it was definitely NOT! There was so little on the sandwich itself I would have been better off buying a sub bun from a local bakery and putting some butter on it. Couldn't even taste the meat. Honestly don't understand the good reviews....
one time i ordered from here i had eaten some of my food, then realized there was something in my food that looked like a peace of metal or something that was not edible. this place has gone down hill since they sold would not recommend. the staff was rude and rushed me to order.
Honestly this was my favorite spot in Brantford. The food was fantastic and so were the staff. However it was the owner that really made the place. Palace Submarine was a leafs showcase. Full of amazing signed gear, photos and so much more. They said nothing will change however the quality of the food is definitely not where it was.10/10 should have just shut the business down rather then run a fake version. No leafs? No quality ? No me.
I have been going into palace Subs once a month ,l was waiting for a taxi and l had to leave the store l was at because they were closing.Covid made me wait an hour outside off Palace subs because it's take out only ,l end up frezzing my feet and hands for 1:55 minutes not allowed to wait inside because off covid l had a más on and bought a sub ,but take out only so l got frozen feet and hands because I was not prepared to get stuck outside
The burger was good, and it reminded of back home in a small way. Will eat there again.
A late night place to eat. But it's open all day. Burgers are so tasty. Good gravy with best fries. Also like the subs. Sadly they are out of battered mushrooms til further notice
