Delivery time was great, however, every dish was bland. No flavour in anything. Waste of $60. Especially the General Tao chicken.. no spice at all, just sweet sauce on bland chicken. I only ordered from here because Oriental is closed Mondays. I'll never order here ever again
Absolutely awful service. Very disappointed with the delivery wait time (over 2 hours!). When we called to check on the order, we were told it would be there shortly. Almost an hour later, it still hadn’t shown up. Called to check again and asked for compensation for the wait. Got passed around to two different people and was refused compensation. Upsetting as we have been customers for years.
Nanking has been my go to for chinese food for years. Was very dissapointed last time I ordered. The prices went up and the quality of food went down.
Well we were only 45%. After our first order. We ordered for the second time. I will start with I was told right up front they were busy. And I was looking at a two hour delivery time. 3 hours later we got our dinner. Ok. But. The special fried rice should be more than rice. Breaded shrimp and chicken balls Are all breading. The Singapore noodle was 95% noodle. Had very hard time to find anything in it.General Taos chicken was well done. The only dish I would think about ordering again. In all I would say do you’re self a favour and order from some other place
Ordered it at 5:00, was told to pick it up at 6:00, received my food at 6: 27. Watched other vehicles pull up and leave with food and no apology. Going to address the fact that I was just sitting there Next time I'll drive 15 minutes further to someplace that respects this customers.Additional: the food was 2.5 to 3 stars (see attached images). The beef and broccoli was mostly broccoli. The shrimp dish had a few of the tiniest shrimp you've ever seen. It had Bean sprouts, as did the veggie rice strangely. The chicken balls at least have 50% chicken, which is pretty good in these days.

They must train their excellent staff that The Customer is Alway's Right.Don't try and twist a situation around.If your spouse calls and gets a figure over the phone.Then the other goes to pick it up.The price rises expediently from $18 and then u add 1 Won Ton Soup.So now it becomes $22.Your spouse goes to pick up the order and two more soups r added to your order raising the price to $30.One of the kinds of soups makes your husband yak.And I myself don't eat any Chinese soup.
I asked for 1 Won Ton Soup with my order.Two other soups were added one costing over $10 and I couldn't even pronounce it.Then she argued with me then why did he write it down.How could I..mm
What has happened to my favourite restaurant? Coating on the chicken balls was really tough and the pineapple sauce was very thin and not very pineapple tasting.
