Great place to grab a quick lunch I have never had a bad experience and subs are always made exactly how I ask! The chicken souvlaki is definitely go to sub, the pizza pizza is good as well for a pizza pizza which is not really my favourite pizza joint lol. The gas station convenience store is my daily go to for anything I need and usually carry a variety of grocery items when in a pinch like butter, milk, sugar, coffee, cat/dog food etc. As far as staff is concerned everyone is SUPER friendly! Never a bad thing to say about this place love the food and love the welcoming friendly staff! Keep being awesome!!
Went in for a couple subs. First, there wasn't anyone there to help us. Finally someone yelled for anyone to come out. The girl that came out yelled at us as she ran by that she had to pee really bad. Nice, just what I want to hear ordering food. Another lady finally helped us. Out of requested bread, twice. Out of bacon. out of chicken. Seriously. Watching interaction between what i thought was employee/manager was disgusting and embarrassing. This location started off nicely but is now a joke of a business. Dirty, unorganized, and not properly staffed. I'm avoiding it as long as I can.

The service provided by the sandwich artist was awful, and they were terribly rude and acted as if the three sandwiches we ordered were way too much. Tried to remain friendly throughout the transaction, and was treated like an inconvenience. I think this location really needs to focus a bit more on customer service, and at the very least provide an extra employee behind the counter so they aren't overwhelmed. Very disappointed, will not be going back.

Wife went in For Pizza Pizza but they had no pizzas cooked. Thought ok, we'll have Mr. Sub. Same guy made the subs. I think he needs more training. He said he was busy but has time to go out to the pumps. And did not change his gloves when he was touching the pumps. Had a meatball sub and it was cold. Meatball subs are supposed to be warm with toasted bread. And won't accept the excuse when my wife walked from the counter out to our vehicle and we ate in the parking lot. Just warning people about this place.
I am sorry but this is Not a friendly place!I ordered veggie subs but she barely put any vegetables in it. I asked her to add more but she barely added anything. Same thing with the sauces, sandwiches were literally flat..This is so far the worst Mr. Sub experience I ever had.Staff need to be trained on HOW to properly make a sandwich with mr.sub standards.

This is a great place to grab a quick bite to eat. I come here fairly often for the friendly staff and great food they make. The subs are always done to quickly, and to my liking. I always get a smile, aswell as a "hello what can I get for you?" from all the staff that work here right as I walk up to the counter!All in all one of my favorite places to get good, quality food from in burford. Would definitely recommend.
