I ordered veggie sub with black beans patties and after getting first bite just realized there is a piece of meat inside. attached picture for more clarification. Unfortunately I have to throw out the sub.Be careful guys someone can sue you.

Extremely disappointing. We went at 7:45 , they close at 8:00. It was our first time trying Mr Sub and can say we will never be back. Completely disregarded what we were ordering to accommodate what they had left without acknowledging it. Got the order wrong from bread to cheese to toppings, every time we corrected proceeded to tell us that it was what we had closen, clearly not. Then proceeded to ask us if it was for dine or take out, when we said dine in, They awkwardly looked at each other and then proceeded to tell us we couldn't eat there because they were closing in 10 minutes... one of the worst customer experiences I've had overall.
Mr. Sub is definitely the best sub place ever. Not going to lie, it's better than Subway. Go there and check it out cause it's delicious. ?

Good sub but charged 5.28 for extra meat way over priced.
Terrible service. Told me I needed a coupon for a deal that did not require a coupon, I was here 3 days ago on day shift and they made my subs with the deal and no coupon. I think these people are just trying to get out of giving the deal because they want to make every last penny. If you want an excellent sub, go visit Sid at the Mr. Sub in Cambridge on hespeler road. I recently moved to brantford and after today I decided that if I want Me. Sub that bad I'll make the drive to a store that actually makes me feel like a real customer. Not just a dollar sign. Like I said before terrible service, as I walked out without a sub the man behind the counter mumbled something to me, I should have turned around and asked him what he said but decided it's not worth my time. Don't spend your money here. We work hard for it and these people don't appreciate their customers one bit.
Place smells like your grandmas house and not in a good way. Outdated, and staff that are dumb as a brick. Not worth the wait
