We ordered from skip the dishes and over half our order wasn’t in the bag. $85 worth of food. We went back to the store and JB the manager was a complete disgrace to the customer service industry. We drove st 3am and simply asked if he could replace the milkshakes as we didn’t get them…. Not to mention the other $55 worth of food that was missing. The right thing to do was make 4 milkshakes and make us happy. I would have drove off and not worried about the rest of it. Instead, JB the ‘manager’ was rude and extremely arrogant. Hope the owner sees this complaint and gives a lesson to the staff on how to properly treat customers.McDonald’s messed this order up … not skip. We had a 20 pack of nuggets… and they put a 6 pack.How hard is it to swallow your pride and do the right thing JB? Apparently pretty hard.
Service slow over 20 minutes. Orange juice9 was not changed out and no apologies or replacement. Employees being asked by management to change out orange juice and 2 emplyees reponse do not know how to do that.
Avoid this place if you are a delivery driver. Delivery orders comes last in their priority list. If you wanna ruin your hourly pay rate then visit this store. One thing I never understand is you guys can make a whole meal in like 3 to 4 minutes but you cannot prepare the order for delivery for 30 to 35 minutes.
I can't find one Mcdonalds in town that does not undercook their fries.This one is no exception. 3/5 times i will have undercooked/ half frozen fries. I don't know how they're training their staff, but this is a health hazard.Thank you.
I ordered 2 combos and a burger on the side for over 30$+ and I asked FOR ONE sweet and sour dipping sauce with my fries and they refused to give me ONE DIPPING SAUCE with me 2 combo meals and a burger. In my book that is just horrible service over 0.25 when I spent over 30$
They took more than fifteen minutes just to get us two junior chickens! Even when the location wasn’t too busy
Really bad experience, yesterday night I was there around 11:10 drive thru and I ordered two sandwiches and the girl told me to wait over the 1st spot. I was getting late for my work and I wait around 20 mins no body came there with my sandwiches. I went again drive thru and wasted 6 mins. I asked the lady that we placed an order 25 mins ago and nobody came with sandwiches she gave the sandwiches and she just shut the window. Any clarification on this? Terrible, it’s my request to the manager please check the schedule who was working on that time even if the shift of that person was done she should inform to next staff and first time I dislike the sandwiches they were cold. Very bad experience yesterday night. I used to buy sandwiches from your store but last night it was very bad experience.
Found a hair in my food. Could have been avoided if the employee in the kitchen had a HAIR NET ON. After I asked the manager if he did he just looked at me then walked away. He then went to the employee and I overheard him say “go put a hairnet on” this should be the first thing you do THE SECOND YOU CLOCK IN. (Or even before) so gross… you guys need to do better.
For some unknown reason, their coffee tastes like vomit, and this is on a consistent basis. I purchased one from the King George location, to make a comparison, and it was what I expected a coffee to be.There was a time when two breakfast wraps were on sale for a decent price. When I opened the bag to check the contents, the wraps had more air in them than product. Wish I would have taken a video of the opening. I shake my head at their ridiculous prices. Why would anyone pay over $10 for what they call a, "value meal"?
My complaint has to do with condements. When I ask for a bunch of ketchup. I get two if I'm lucky. With that I was given 8 vinegars. Who needs vinegar when you only have burgers. I do wonder why the customers not right anymore. And at which generation did manners get lost.
