Food was good and hot. I said extra pickles on both big mac and cheeseburger but they typed in no pickles in big mac.The blonde girl at the pickup window was RUDE. She had a snotty look to her face and once she handed me my food she gave me a dirty look and literally slammed the window in mt face as she was saying bye... at least smile!
Where to start? Ordered a muffin and small coffee and had to remind the cashier it's a special deal. After a big "sighhh" she corrected the order and it was $2.93. Gave her $5 she gave me back 5¢ NOT!!! Now we wait for a Supervisor to open the cash so she can give me the rest of my change. OK, now I have to shuffle over to the side and wait for my order to be called. By the way, it's not showing on the screen that displays order numbers. Finally after 11 minutes of watching other orders that were submitted AFTER my order being fulfilled, I asked a Supervisor how long it takes to prepare a coffee and muffin. All she did was look at my receipt and I was handed my order...no "sorry", no "have a good day". AND, to top it all off my coffee was NOT as ordered. By that time, I'd wasted enough of my day and did not go back to get my order done properly. I will definitely not return to this location and may have to reconsider ANY McDonald's
$18+ for two egg McMuffin meals... $18!That is gross, greedy, and not realistic for what you get. I will now be going to Angels dinner or Sunset grill. Even if it's a dollar more than Mcgreedys, at least you're getting a better quality meal rather than some processed nitrate induced joke of a breakfast. Absolutely disgusting McDonald's you're a horrible "restaurant" with low quality food that charges absolutely way too much money for your products.
I'm new to Brantford and I went it here for the first time. Then the next day I went in with my daughter.The staff were so friendly and I loved everything. It has been two years since I sat inside a McDonalds and it felt like childhood.Staff at McDonalds work very hard and we need to give more appreciation to them.THANK YOU! I can't wait to come back!
I'm not a pop drinker, I like coffee, tea, hot chocolate, but there is something about their diet coke I love their coffee is so much better than tims any day. Service was very quick and friendly.
This location O My GodWhat this location gona serve Brantford Community if they can not even let open washroom as it related to medical emergencies sometimes if somebody need s washroom as soon as like need to use in a second is that person going to ask receptionist to ask open and they will say buy something first what a cheap thing. I mean O MY LORD.The excuse they are making steel I mean seriouslyWhat are you fear of steal the water or the taps in washroom.....
This location always messes up my order. I just ordered 2 combos: 1 double fillet o fish combo and a double cheeseburger combo. When I received my order from SkipTheDishes my cheeseburger wasn’t there. After making me wait half an hour for my food they didn’t even give me my burger. Please beware of this location they take too long and they more often than not mess up your order. I’ve even had other customer’s food sent to my place before.
This place is run like a circus. Long painted nails in the kitchen and no discipline for mistakes here so the little kids that they let run rampant behind the counter can do whatever they want and get away with it. Pay attention. Stop screwing up orders and get it together. Should be a 3 strike rule for people messing up orders. This isn't hard. So much of my time has been wasted coming back for you to correct my order. Absolutely terrible franchise.
Come to this McDonald’s every morning between 7-7:30 for my lg coffee and the staff are amazing!!! Super friendly never experienced any issues. My coffee is always made amazing never burnt. Also get food now and then and never had my order wrong even when it’s busy. I understand having to pull around and wait for my food as it does get really really busy at times i use to work at a McDonald’s it can get pretty hectic inside as well as drive thru but no matter how busy it gets they do a great job sometimes people make mistakes and that’s ok we are all human but I have never had a negative experience here! If I could rate more then 5 stars I would!
Asked for 10 whipped butter with my order and 99% of the time other places I order something like this is either forgotten, ignored, or just wrong count. Not here, I got exactly 10 like I asked with my pancakes 5/5 staff and service
