Avoid Curbside! Last two curbside orders at this restaurant have each gotten progressively worse. I fear if I try a third curbside order I could die from the natural aging process waiting for my Egg McMuffin. Both stars in this review are for the staff, who are always friendly, and helpful, and genuinely great to deal with. The missing 3 stars are for management and corporate who can't seem to make a reliable system or app to streamline the order process.
I’ve been to this restaurant many times. They always seem to mess something up or treat us poorly through the drive through intercom. I finally had a talk with the manager after so many poor experiences. He just looked at me with a black stare and didn’t care. I urge people to avoid this McDonald in brantford. Seriously.
It's fast food, what can u say? Still, they are slowly getting better with food choices but as a leader in the fast food craze, and as one of the OGs in the biz, they should have some type of nutritional moral compass and take the lead healthy eating
Friendly staff, quality, fresh hot burger with delicious Iced Coffee for a cool treat. McDonald's fries are also the best, hot, fresh and perfect accompaniment to any meal.??
Emily’s customer service is exceptional. Went above and beyond and is always incredibly positive and kind. She is the reason that we keep coming to this location
Ordered on the app as they had a big Mac combo on. Food is always decent never great but that's fast food for ya really
Came in and noticed 4 young men waiting for their order. Stood at the counter for over 15 minutes before anyone noticed I was there. While waiting a manager named Prince went on break. Finally placed my order. Waited another almost 20 minutes. She the manager named prince come back from their break. The four young men waiting for their order then complained that they had been waiting over half an hour for their ice cream. They had asked for their money back and when trying to explain to the manager (prince) the manager flat out said. "I don't care about your life problems, I'm not giving you your money back". I got my order checked it. Had to bring it back because they messed it up. Worst display of customer service I have ever encountered.
I saw one uber driver waiting 20 mins for his food but when he start asking why they are taking so long because drivers do not get paid enough for wait, their manager start yelling at him and this mcd did not give him food. So embarrassing. They tried to give that driver bad review on uber app too. Feel so bad. Their employees started laughing at that uber driver when other employee denied to give him his uber food bag and he waited like 20 mins .
Just went to pick up supper. They didn’t mark the drinks. One was Diet Coke, the other was a coke. Then I get back to work and see my mcchicken in a spicy mcchicken box. Back I go. Only to find out they have no more mcchicken boxes. So how about you mention it????? How about you mark the drinks. How about you do your job?????? Brutal. I’ll go anywhere but to this McDonalds.
Terrible drive thru experience. Rude high school students as staff. Sent over to the reserve spots to wait even longer after ordering a simple combo. Threw food towards my window. You can do better Mayor McCheese. Go to the A&W across the street instead.
