Was refused service as my face covering was not to their standards..it covered my nose mouth and chin. Have been here often. Won't come back because of the rude Karen that works there

I was asked to wait outside today for my order, not once but twice. Social distancing guidelines clearly being infringed upon. Asked to speak to the manager and was given the run around about teenagers who can't operate a cash register.

Your Christmas Eve hours say 11-am -12pm so then why when I started opening the doorman walking in I got yelled by an employee saying “ we’re not open yet! “ then why was your sign on and door unlocked? Never coming to this location again with that terrible service if I could give 0 stars I would ?.
After I paid for my order and paid I was handed a pager and told I had to wait outside in the cold and rain.So much for "Hot and ready".Very poor customer service
