We decided on KFC for dinner because it has been ages since have had the famous big crunch sandwich. Hubby went in and ordered. He said there was a fellow complaining and quite agitated about his long wait the whole time which made everyone uncomfortable. It is chicken and it has to be deep fried to a certain temperature sheeesh. It did take quite awhile for our food for take-out about 25 minutes but there was several people in line waiting for large bucket meals. I am glad we were not idling at drive-thru for that long. Food was great, not too greasy, very crispy! Hubby came back 2 days later and ordered a 4 piece meal. Same wait time as before. No gravy as it ran out and was right before closing at 8pm which is understandable. Chicken was fabulous so compliments to the cook in the kitchen. If they can work on getting the orders out faster there would be positive results and reviews!
Waited for 35 minutes for my order and the crew asked me to pull my car in the parking area and will bring the order out in few minutes. They are not at all busy but still took 35 minutes. Not coming back for sure . But I don’t understand what is the reason behind it as they were not understaffed and it’s Saturday evening time and no rush and still took 35 minutes
The service was horrible!!The people were laughing on the intercom when I ordered and when I got to the front they were laughing and acting childish at the window. I wasn't sure if they were making fun of the customer on The intercom or if they were making fun of each other.It seemed like no one knew what they were doing something as simple as changing the receipts from the debit machine. The debit machine was Messed up and thankful to One lady who worked to fix it. She was nice enough to apologize to me.. I then had to ask for my drink.overall it was a joke And I will never go there again. I wish I would have read the Other reviews. The worst customer service I ever had. Just go to the old one downtown or go to the mall.I do not recommend this place. Haven't even eaten my food yet I am afraid to. I never write reviews but I felt The need to do so!!
This location is unbelievably very slow in service that I waited 40 mins for my order in the drive thru. Also, they close at 8 pm in a summer time. There operation doesn't make any sense for a popular food chain that can has a profitable potential. Something needs to be done, otherwise, they might as well close down.
Wish they had less than 1 star . Waited in a 30 minute line up . ( drive through) Which is fine its busy time (6:30 Friday night) get up to window to get my order . They are out of chicken will have to put more down . I said how can that be after the half hour wait . I wasn’t mad just asked . Another staff member came over I think a manager and said wait or not its 10 minutes. I said well Im not starting again somewhere else . No apology no sorry for your wait . 20 minutes later they haven’t brought it out yet i go in . 10 more minutes.So 1 hour wait for dinner for 2 from there drive through. No apology. And i saw lots of chicken go out before me .
This KFC is completely rundown. They didn't have gravy, salads just chicken. The front of the stores glass is all entirely cracked and shattered down. Looks like there was bullet holes or something shot or thrown through the glass. Totally rundown. The photo doesn't show all the windows that were broke, or to see just how bad this place looks
Purchase a couple of the chicken tender meals as I've done a number of times before. This time the pieces were 1/3 of the size they they normally are. Called the store and the "supervisor" couldn't careless claiming it happens and there is nothing she could do. Emailed the store manager and they never even had the courtesy to respond to my concern.Will never set foot in this restaurant again.
went to this location at 7:00pm and was told there were no more famous chicken sandwiches ready. we didn’t mind waiting the 8 minutes for more chicken to cook, but they refused to do it. so, we were stuck in the drive thru receiving no food, for 30 minutes as there were other cars ahead of us. very disappointing.
I was craving a chicken sandwich for a week now, I was off today so I decided to order one for delivery. I know KFC famous chicken sandwich has the best pickles, so I ordered from KFC. My order came, not one pickle on my sandwich. How does this happen. When paying twice as much for delivery I feel like I should have at least been informed if they were out at which point I could have decided to order from elsewhere. Also the lettuce looked old and gross but that was the least of my worries. Week ruined.
Got in the drive thru only to find a sign posted, cash only. Well I don't have cash.Problem is, they take so long to serve people that I've been stuck in their drive thru for twenty minutes anyways.Fix yer stuff, KFC. Or your service. Preferably both.
