Don’t even deserve one star for their service. The staff members, specially a girl named Kristel, don’t know how to deal with a customer. And the food is always late.
There is a girl who work on front named Kristel. She don’t know how to talk with customers. She was so rude. Even this restaurant doesn’t deserve one star.
A nightmare for delivery drivers,the restaurant is never busy but they Only start preparing your when you arrive . Even if you are 10 mins late for he pickup , they will still take 20 more minutes. Never coming here again.

The audacity of this location, they advertise that they close at 10pm but just close well before 9pm for some reason and don’t have the decency to advertise that they will be closed and have customers drive 20 mins to the location for absolutely no reason.
I understand the current difficulty of supplying issues. However I don’t understand the lack of accommodation with substitutes.KFC had zero side except for biscuit and fries. I agreed to the substitute for fries and biscuits in my bucket deal but I wanted my 3 extra sides ($7) to either be exchanged for pop or cookies. I was told no that it can only be exchanged for fries or biscuits. I got 3 extra biscuits for my $7. Hardly seems fair.I asked to speak to the manager and was informed I was already speaking to the assistant manager on duty.I recommend you check with the store before you order online because they are not very flexible with substitution.

Aside from the building looking extremely run down, the gravy I got was so thick and tasted awful i couldn't eat it. I have no idea what happened to it. Strips were super over salted. At least the workers have good customer service.
Worst customer service by a girl who works at Dalhousie KFC. Very rude attitude. Our order was cancelled without any confirmation email. Learn some customer service please or change the staff who speaks on phone. ?
