Wonderful experience! A little bit busy but we got seated quickly and didn't have to wait long for food. Our server Johnny was incredible!
So I found some gift cards in my purse so we decided to go to Kelseys Roadhouse to give them a try. We ordered Muskoka Brewing Pineapple Ninja wheat ale and it was so good I was glad I ordered the large size. I ordered the Steak stack which is a steak quesadilla with cheese, peppers, sauteed onions and steak with a delicious sauce on it with a poutine for my side which came with real cheese curds. It was soooo satisfying and delicious. The boy got a buffalo chicken wrap. He said it was like a combination of a buffalo chicken and a chicken ceasar wrap. He said it was good. For dessert I got the messy chocolate chip cookie and the boy got a white chocolate cheesecake. Both items were really good. The ambiance of the restaurant is nice with its industrial decor, good music and a plethora of sports to watch. The service was awesome. Our waitress was friendly and attentive to our needs. We thoroughly enjoy dinner out this evening for date night.
We returned to the Brantford location of Kelsey's yesterday, to give the restaurant another chance. ( We had poor service the last time we went, a few weeks ago). As we have always enjoyed the food at Kelsey's, it was only fair that we give it another chance. I am pleased to say that our visit this time was terrific! The food was as great as always and the service this time was wonderful. Our waitress was professionally charming and polite. She was attentive to every detail of our stay there for dinner. My family members and I were very impressed with this visit and we will go there again.
Food was delicious. Very well done, complements to the chefs. Service was subpar. Got our food and never saw the waitress again, drinks weren't refilled. No service until the bill was presented after waiting around 20 min once we were finished eating. Shrinkflation is noticeable. Smaller potions, higher cost. For instance the chicken strip are roughly half the size they were a year ago. Quality and tast is still great. For my family of 5 it is a comparable price to other sit down resteraunts, however I feel the value is not quite on par. For that reason this resteraunt franchise is recommended for very rare occasions.
Went for the Thursday half priced wings special. We don't go very week maybe every other week. The wings are always decent.The apple butter bbq is probably my favorite flavor.

I do know mistakes happen and I am happy to say how impressed I am with the quick response and making me feel like I matter!I will certainly go back soon.Only 2 *My pick up time was 2:25 pmAll good ask at the front for my food order was told it was being packaged.Waite and waited the young man never came back to check and bring me my order.About 5 minutes into my wait a few people showed up to be seated for a larger group.I waited 15 minutes and when the very young man came to talk to the people of the group I was telling him about my worries that my food would be cold.He responded he had this big group to prepare for and replied that it would only take about 1 minute to get my food.He just procceded to go back to seating the group .I notice that another waiter had notice me and I think could read in my face that I really would like my food.This is why I gave a 2 star because someone that had nothing to do notice me. Thank you for thatHowever how I feared my food was almost cold had to reheat.The only thing that was tasty was my salad my poutine was soggy and barely warm.The same for the other meals I had ordered.For $77.00 for 3 meals you could expect it to be at least warmer not almost cold.Had I been sitting in the dinning room this would be an equivalent to waiting 15 minutes for you food on the counter because seating a group that had not even ordered anything yet would get the preferential treatment.I am very disappointed and will think twice to order from Kelsey's.
Food was really good, service a little slow considering the number of employees. Was really busy when we arrived but we were almost the only ones left..keep in mind we had 2 children who were slow eaters.
Excellent service as usual. Oddly got a very hoppy super high IBU beer when ordering Mill Street organic. Said this wasn't Mill St. Was brought back a little sampler to try again. Same. I think someone put the wrong keg in or switched tap handles. Things happen. Super fast to get our food. I go back time and time again.
Very rude! We arrived for dinner tonight and it looked relatively busy, so we decided to give a call and asked if there was a wait list and how long it may take? The response I received was " We are busy right now, you'll have to figure that out!" And hung up. Instantly didn't want to go there for dinner anymore, there are better ways to handle that! That was just rude.
Good quality, minimal quantity however…The waitress was a doll, so kind, personable and just a fantastic experience for our family …Thank you for the cookies for our 3 boys…We will return because of the service
