Ice machine in pop dispenser was broken. The pop was warm. Fries were under cooked.
I work full time construction. I wanted some extra money like most of us. Ended up working weekends at this Harvey's for eight months. It started because of a lack of overtime in the Pandemic but even after work picked up i kept the job because i actually enjoyed it. The manager has a good head on his shoulders and they have a decent training program to get you up to speed.
Best management Team in the county of Brant, the staff were so helpful and incredibly kind. AND the Light Life burger was Superb! Keep up the good work!
I was impressed with both the person who took the order and the other person who put my veggie burger together.Both were impressively calm & competent. I did not feel rushed, they clearly listened to my order and got it right. Their tone was respectful. Thank you.
Kind staff. Food came quick and tasted too. Also.. 2 pies for 2 dollars. They're way better than mcdonalds pie too
If I would have known not one staff member would be wearing a mask. I wouldn't have chosen Harvey's. Won't be back. Mandates or not.
Just had dinner there with my wife, we both had a great time and absolutely loved the food. The best part was you got to choose your toppings on the burgers and there were so many options. We can't wait to come back for more.
Staff are extremely nice and provide good customer service. Food is great, especially the poutines. 10/10 recommend going there! Wouldn’t go anywhere else
Just want to say thank you.... our drive thru experience thurs for lunch was great....the service was fast and polite ... the food hot and delicious. After having several cold, squished, and miss made orders at other Harvey's I wanted to be sure to applaud this restaurants staff.
Food's great, and the atmosphere is very friendly. Pretty much every menu item is fully customizable, be it a burger or even a poutine.
