I ordered pizza two times from Ginos first time it was good. second time I wasn’t able to eat it when I saw its (pizza) appearance. It looks like somebody eaten that already.
Third time going there. Never offer you the dip the comes with, always have to ask. 2/3 times the slices have been cold. They put the slice in the over for legit a second. They rush you out and don’t make you feel valued.
I’ve ordered from here countless times and they continue to make mistakes and mess up my order. I ordered chicken wings and the lady on the phone told me the price. Then when the delivery person came they told me a completely different price then what she told me and tried to charge me an absurd amount of money for my wings. When we called to inquire about this, she pretended that she didn’t know and just “made a mistake” in charging me so much money, she didn’t even apologize. We were told we would get our money owed on a voucher to use for another order but they never called back. We’ve given so many chances to this location, but we will not be ordering anymore. Terrible customer service.
Its a small little pizza place. The Pizza’s are not bad but i have noticed that the employees dont wear a hair net.They also recently increased the price on most pizza’s but that’s understandable with the rising cost but considering chicken as 2 toppings is something that put me off.Overall, a decent pizza place for ur pizza needs.
Been ordering for past year often . And like there food but had one too many mistakes and messups, within the last 4 times I've ordered 3 have been messed up . Then too make better they say they will give free replacement next time we order. Doesn't help now , and definitely no more chances left . Pizza Hutt it is . Cost more but never had any issues before.

Be sure to call ahead of time and order, as they only allow 2 people near the entrance at a time. However, this does not apply to the delivery drivers or employees on break.

My pizza was raw, I took two bites out of a slice before I realized what was wrong. I knew something was off. Those two bites how now given me food poisoning. I was refunded through skip the dishes.Use to go here all the time, I enjoy their pizza. After tonight, I doubt I will again.
Took over 2 hours to get my pizza. Originally ordered for delivery but had to come pick it up myself and found it was burnt from reheating. Had to sit outside until a fresh one was made. They gave me a $10 discount as a balm for the ulcer they gave me, I was starving by the end!
giving this place 1 star is being overly generous. I ordered a medium pizza and had specifically asked for it to be baked well done... well it came soggy and disgusting. My salad was wet (the lettuce) so i had to toss that out, since it wasn't edible... and the fries were soggy, as well. Why are you selling mediocre quality to paying customers? This is unacceptable. I had to trash my entire order because of the disgusting state of the food. I deserve a refund.
