I hadn’t been to an East Side in several years so while visiting family we decided to visit this location. Although the service was decent, the portions overall good, my Veal Limone was sadly very dry and way overdone. I would have returned it however I was asked not to by my daughter as the rest of the dishes were really good. They had ordered scallops carbonara and Roasted Garlic Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken. Caesar salads were excellent. Grandkids loved the robot servers.
Ethan is the best server at east side!! If you ever go, ask to have him as your server. He's fast, efficient and super kind. I've never had such a good server at Eastside, let alone any restaurant. 10/10, highly recommend going here.
My boyfriend and I came here for a nice dinner. Our server Ethan was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Very kind and polite. Food was also very yummy. By far this is my favourite restaurant.

My best friend and I had the most pleasurable server this afternoon for lunch. You can say she made our day! Sara was very knowledgeable and very attentive. She was a pure delight to talk with and she definitely made our dining experience a very pleasant time. You have a very rare and dedicated employee with this sweet young lady. We will definitely be back!
I enjoyed my meal of the baked tilapia dish with unlimited salad and bread. My friends ordered different pasta dishes and were very pleased with their meals.
Love this location!!! Always amazing service I've had few different servers and each one has been so attentive and always checking up and making sure our visit is perfect. The food is also sooo yummy!! I've had few things on the menu now since I've been visiting this location for a few years now and every dish I get is always soo delicious!! Amazing spot for date night, family dinner, and best friend date nights! ☺️
Tonight, was one of the best experiences I’ve had at East Side Mario’s. Camille was one of (if not) the best servers we’ve had while dining here. She was warm, attentive, and always there at the right time. The food was great! Definitely looking forward to returning!
first meal with mussels, one noodles way over cooked, plus they aren't even the right noodles, and no octopus, second meal was penne noodles with fet sauce and meatballs there was no meatballs, I had a burger as well it tasted like it been sitting there all night my dog wouldn't even eat it. very disappointed as I'm a regular customer.
Usually we love East sides... when we went the other night everything was off...service and food unfortunately. Didn't get roll ups...had to ask for forks and napkins....shrimp scampi was awful... didn't get 1 refill on salad; even though we asked. Had to ask fr refills on drinks...didn't seem too busy for 8pm but table service was slow on checking up and I hate reviewing like this because I have been in the service industry for years...maybe it was just an off day for everything there
