Went in to get a cake for my birthday and told who was working what I want written on it and joked I was picking it up for my own birthday this week and he joked that he has done the same thing and I told him my mom was coming from London so it wouldn’t make the trip if she bought it. He brought my cake back and written a little extra on it and it made me smile. He was super polite and it was a good experience. I didn’t catch his name but he was working yesterday around 4:15 PM!
In what world can’t I use CASH ??? Cash ???? You can’t be serious .. this is ILLEGAL, IT IS ILLEGAL to ban legal Canadian cash currency, and that’s just to start.. it’s clear from reading the reviews that the owner/management of this location do not care about customer service at all because ontop of the cash issue the service is completely horrible, and the employees have nothing to say but (owners rules) like they are taught to be bad or even trained to give horrible customer service. The amount of 1 star reviews at this location speak for them selves. AND it’s been over a YEAR and still they run a franchise that sells burger and fries and THEY DONT have any burgers or fries for sale still.
I love Dairy Queen as a brand, so this review is very hard to write. The quality of the products served at this location are less than satisfactory, not the reason for the 1 star but certainly below what I have come to expect from Dairy Queen. The main reason my review is 1 star is the absolutely abysmal customer service, on multiple occasions the drive through has taken 30 min+. However today was the cherry on top, waited inside the store for 20 minutes with a family in front of us and only saw 2 blizzards served, not sure how much longer it took for the family to get the rest of their blizzards because we decided to take our business elsewhere.
don't reccomend if you try and use currency they won't take it. digital or bust.
After close to 3 years there are still no burgers or fries being sold here. The app which allows for collecting and redeeming points with purchases is still not set up. The free dilly bar for completing a survey was never here even though the owners USED to do it at the other locations. Finally a price increase at the start of the year went through. I'm ok with price increases but 33% for the Wednesday special seems outrageous.
They were very slow but I like DQ and will wait. Food and shakes were great.
We went through tonight Feb 4th and the young man working at the drive thru window was awesome! He was funny and engaging. Keep up to good work!
Ordered chicken bites combo. 10.99 The price on the bill was 10.39 plus a charge of 2.79 for the bottle of Pepsi. There were no fries in the combo (just a small bag of potato chips) clearly the Pepsi was an additional charge as well. This 10.99 "combo" was inflated to 14.89 Will never come back here
I got pretzel bites and they were still frozen when I told the girl they said oh.. sorry. And I just stared at them and was like soo can you make new ones that aren't still frozen or can.i get my money back and the young guy just stood there with a blank look and I just walked out.
Worst banana split ever. Messed up our order to start and we waited and waited then the bananas were green, hard and crunchy. Worst ever.
