Owner was great, he was welcoming..service and food was good..they have all kinds of deals every day of the week...will definitely be going back
We went to the one on Centennial Parkway last night for dinner for my sons birthday.We had 3 people with us who have never been there before.We we’re very pleased with everything we ordered. The Caesar salad was so good.My son ordered a taco platter and burger we all had some liked it.I am a T bone girl had that!L Cooked exactly how I like it.We will definitely go back…no complaints at all.
Hands down one of the best service from a restaurant/bar!! The food and drinks were awesome and the best part was that we didn’t even have to wait too long for it! We’ve always loved Chuck’s in Brantford and always had Matthew as our server. He is always phenomenal but…today our experience was not great. The boy who seated us was friendly and quick. We waited for about 15-20 minutes before someone came to take a drink order and we’re just about to leave. The bartender took care of us. She was efficient. We were sad to see that as well as our favourite server being gone, mashed potatoes were also removed from the menu. We also wondered if there’s a new owner because the place seemed a lot dirtier than usual with the partitions between the tables all dirty and the window sill full of bugs and dirt. It did not seem the same great experience we usually have at this restaurant
After 9pm appetizers are half off, which was amazing! The only complaint is that they were not busy at all, but it still took 15 minutes just to get our drinks, and when I ordered another it took another 10 minutes. There were about 4 other tables, one big one and 3 tables of two. I am sure the big table required a lot of supervising but no where enough to validate waiting that long for a drink.
Great staff ...pleasant food not bad ...would have preferred Frank's buffalo style orange sauce on chicken but still good quality
Went for half priced apps lastnight and the waiter proceeded to tell us that manager said, the rings, wings and fingers platter or the potatoe skins were not half off. I love chucks and go to many locations and this was never a thing I've experienced. Ive always been honoured the half priced as it says on the website ALL apps are have priced after 9. However, this location didnt honour it and my bill was over $200 with tip. I also found hair in my spinach dip, and ordered a medium steak and got a well over done steak. A very unpleasant experience at this location and I will not be returning.
Came here on a Sunday evening to have dinner with my niece and nephew. The place was packed and seemed very lively. The waiter was very nice and efficient. The owner is very nice and inviting as well.The food was pretty good and the beers were nice and refreshing.
Asked for the server to pick a drink that was sweet, not carbonated and no cranberry juice (I know I’m picky but this has never been a problem at any restaurant, even this one) and I got a purely cranberry juice drink. Maybe she misheard me but when I brought it up it was dismissed. Our server Marissa was not very attentive, or seem to care in the slightest about her job, on top of the messed up drink there was items on the burger that we said we didn’t want, she only came by every 25 minutes, we had to wait ages for the bill and a box to the point that another server asked what we were waiting for. She then proceeded to complain that we left no tip to the regulars sitting right next to us. The food was good especially for pricing. I’m only giving 2 stars because as a fellow server, this was the worst service I have ever received or seen.
service finally left because all 4 girls behind bar plus owner totally ignored..I guess if you sit at the bar and are regulars then you get served..went to zanders great service and food
