This was our second time here. Very very similar experiences.I would definitely give the burgers 5 stars and the friendly service inside was good BUT the speed of service and the VALUE for the money just isn’t there. We ordered 2 burgers, 1 order sweet potato fries, and 1 order onion rings. $40. I waited 30 minutes for my food and there was only 1 person ahead of me and only one uber driver picked up food in the time I was waiting so it wasn’t that busy. If you are going to charge that much YES the burgers have to be great but the sides should also be plentiful. I got 4 onion rings in my side order. 4. 4 circles of onions…We ordered(and paid for) chipotle mayo with our sweet potato fries and didn’t receive it. Just generally a little disappointed in the side size, the child size cups and the speed of service.I could have gone to a full service restaurant, got double the amount of sides, waited half the time for the food and received bottomless pop…

Warm welcoming environment, friendly service. I ordered a cheeseburger meal and could tell fresh quality ingredients are being used. Chips were a bit over seasoned, but where a solid 4/5. Definitely look forward to visiting again.
One of the best burger I have ever had. I have tried different signature burgers and all of them are very tasty. The halal beef patty was very juicy and on top of that the smoked cheddar with caramelized onions compliment it perfectly. The owner of the restaurant is very friendly and always welcome you with a big smile on his face. I will highly recommend this place!
We were craving a good burger so we came out to Big Smoke for dinner. We made the right choice! The burgers hit the spot and the sweet potatoe fries were amazing too. The staff were super friendly and the place was really clean - which is always something I look out for and am picky about. We will definitely be back for more! Thanks Big Smoke!

Been meaning to make the drive and check this place and totally worth every minute spent on the road to and from! Friendly staff ! Delicious food! French fries? Don’t bother ruining them with ketchup! ( and I love ketchup with my fries!) they are possible the best fries I’ve had! Juicy burgers with tons of flavour.Happy customer here, I’ll be back and spreading the word!
Everything that myself and my family have had from here has been delicious. The double smokestack was a very large burger. Very tasty. The milkshakes are incredible, made with Milk and real Ice cream, you need to try. The poutine is also fantastic, very generous portion sizes. The fries are very good, they are hand cut fries and are delicious. Come and try this place.
Overall great food and experience. Most of my fries were just little pieces — think hash brown pieces — and had to wait about 10 minutes for my food. Granted, the one guy was in training so his lack of speed was only acceptable by this knowledge.Would recommend for a decent burger.
