Bought a poutine tonight, and it was completely uncooked and freezing cold. How the f can't you cook fries? I now feel sick after attempting to eat this food and will be reporting to a health inspector. Should be shut down.

This place is a landmark of Brantford. Family owned and ran for decades. But make sure you bring your appetites. Because they believe in making sure you are not still hungry when you are done. Great ppl working there. Highly recommend you try these guys the next time you want a good old fashioned burger.
Got a poutine and a burger, waited forever for it. When I got the food and began eating it I found a piece of plastic with burnt on grease and have no idea what it was from. The burger was soggy and made my partner puke it up just as fast as it went down. Horrible. Not recommended for small children either as it could have been one of my children who ate the plastic.
Like going to this place big portions excellent value fast food places should do the same as them
