started trying to go here early morning on my way through for morning commute. last 10 attempts 8 times closed and 2 times told grill was not on to make breakfast. terribly run and I give up I won't be attempting again.
Goofed up the order tried calling back to talk to staff and they don't answer the phone
Quite a long wait but I believe they're currently short staffed for their night shift so show some compassion. Open 24 hr & definitely the best location in town, mostly due to them having the Brew Bar drink options (no more late night drives to Cambridge).
Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered 5 combos and the cook in the back (short caucasian male) started cussing as we were giving the order and was throwing the food for the order ahead of us. Ordered the onion rings and they came out drenched in oil and completely brown. We went back and asked if they could be remade and the cook started swearing. Will not be coming back and want to lodge a complaint with store management. Onion rings were not edible. Happened may 29, 2022. With Chloe supervisor on duty.

This place is the worse place you could ever spend your money on. Posted hours are 24 hours, sign on the restaurant is 24 hours, but I just drive 25 mins to come eat here and it’s closed. This is the worse type of behaviour for a restaurant. Shame on you treating your costumers like this.

Manager seemed great he was all about customer satisfaction and very friendly
Quick service, had a very pleasant to young lady serving. Food was hot an DC well packed.
