I enjoy going to this Wendy's especially the drive thru because the person taking your order gets it right the first time. No need to check your bag before you leave because you get what you ordered.
Love the burgers with butter. I always have to ask for no onions. Otherwise, the burgers are awesome. Chicken sandwiches are not quite as good as in the past.
Food was very tasty. Remained hot from leaving drive through until I returned to work. Generously supplied the sides required for my order and didn't hold out. Burger was tasty and fresh. Great service.
Drive through staff is always in rush tp meet the window target. Asked for a medium bag in tea cup 3/4 full n asked for a bagel double toasted with butter and it was a express run on a toaster n loaded with 3 times the butter.Toe customer service is important and if u or your staff can't deliver that they th expectations need to be laid out as it only need 1 customer to make a difference which could go either way.
I am 1000% suing this establishment!!!! Tonight I got racially profiled and assaulted by the manager!!!! I asked the manager for less ice in my drink and the matter escalated to the point where the manager threw a large strawberry lemonade at my car and I. This is 1000% not acceptable and wrong!!!!! I am definitely suing this establishment for the awful customer service and assault from the manager!!!!
The staff have a good behaviour, but the food they served isn't taste good I bought bagel but they didn't toast bread. The main place is clean but maybe they don't clean restroom.
The drive through has got to be the work customer service I have ever experienced. I wanted to double check my order and was told to leave cause I was holding up the line. I know fast food service is bad but this is next level. No please , No thank you . Never again. Lots of work needed their in simple communication.
Food is pretty good. Originally had 3 stars but honestly this location has stepped up their game and improved this staff. They're always polite, listen properly, and the food is great here. Highly recommended this location now after years of improvement!

So I was heading to work tonight and went to this location. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. Another combo and 2 backed potatoes sour cream and chives. When I was at the window I asked for ketchup as well. Before taking the bags I even asked if there was ketchup in the bags the woman said yes. When I got to work I went to eat the chicken sandwich that was supposed to be grilled. It was a breaded sandwich. I checked the bags no ketchup!. Oh but it gets better they didn't even put sour cream in the bag for my sour cream and chives baked potato. I paid $26 for a meal that was only partially correct. The funniest part of it all is they have a big sign by the drive through window talking about quality service! Thank you for the brutal service and incomplete food.
