There is a girl name tori that had already finished her shift, and she still went above and beyond to get me what I wanted for my order, when the manager refused to do so. So thank you tori you were a sweet heart and your hard work didn’t go unnoticed. Tori I give you 5 stars ☺️
It says there is free coffee but then I asked whether coffee is available, then the worker says there is. Then when I asked for free coffee according to what is written on the store they say there is no free coffee. Nice trick.! But customers are not fools to know this trick . We are all educated..!
The service itself was good, however the food was disappointing. Salad was soggy and came with scoop of gooey mashed guacamole instead of pieces of avocado as on the picture. Chicken was dry. Baked potato was not hot and not cooked enough. Was basically very hard.
Ordered 1 hamburger through the drive-thru, and they told me to pull over to wait. There were 4 cars already pulled over, and the representative at the window was not friendly at all. Save your money and go somewhere else.
This is my go to Wendy's in Brampton.The staff is nice and understanding. Unfortunately because of how busy they get sometimes it's a long wait or orders get mixed up in the confusion. It's still a 5 star spot because this rarely happens and when it does they're quick to correct it.
Hadn't been there in years, it was a nice change ?. Enjoyed a chocolate cold ice-cream drink after!
Always check your bag before you leave. Sometimes some items have been missed for me. Staff is nice and friendly and service is fast.
The girl that took my order this evening was so friendly but I asked for a well done burger and med fries and got a dry burnt burger and a very light med fries. Well done means fresh. Slap a burger on the grill, I'LL WAIT
First time in the years I've lived in Brampton going into a Wendy's location. At this particular time, was the only dine in customer. Which is a switch. Food was pretty good. Service was much better than expected. Surprised to say, it was a very good customer experience.
If I could give 0 stars I would, the order was completely messed up, after ordering and paying we were informed they had no baked potatoes and again even after re-confirming the order at the counter (the chili was still missing so they gave us a large), we were still shorted 2 orders of fries.
