This is a review based on carelessness of the restaurant, as sadly we did not get to taste the food. Ordered onJune 3rd based on a recommendation from a friend. $100 worth of food via skip the dishes to taste before we ordered catering for a large wedding. Got to the restaurant right when the app said it was ready to find out they gave it away to a driver! How could that happen when the order clearly says pickup?? They did offer to remake it, but we already waited 45mins and came from a very long distance.
I just had the veal Parm sandwich. It was huge. Maybe biggest one I had in Brampton. Could definitely be a contender for one of the best veal sandwiches in town.The customer service was excellent. The location is nice and has dine in area I may try in future.I asked for hot and it definitely was very hot! I personally like my veal a little more breaded, but this place is definetly worth a visit. Give it a try, you'll love it!
I challenge anyone to find a better pizza spot in Brampton! The pizza is amazing and I can only imagine that they use albatross wings for their wings, because they are HUGE!Highly recommend the meat lovers and their wings!
It’s 7:36 as I am writing this. I decided to write this review as the person I spoke to was REALLY unpleasant and unprofessional. I called a few times to place an order and I kept getting hung up on. When I finally get some on the line , the lady rudely answered the phone and I asked if I can place an order still. She said no last order is taken at 7:30. So I replied it’s 7:34 and I have been trying to call and I either got a click or a voicemail , she replied it’s 7:35 and the only reason she’s answering is because the phone is going off. I understand the cut off time and all but the rudeness is uncalled for. Ridiculous. Answer the phones! Just the customer service is horrible. Not my first time experiencing situations like these in this locations .
Went with my girlfriend for take out yesterday, decided to stay and eat in…. Food was amazing and our server was the best! Will definitely be going back in the future!! Amazing time!
Good servings and dishes. The mushroom risotto was really yummy. The only request I have is to please stuff the cheese panzerotti with more cheese next time. It was really all dough to be honest. Otherwise, good food for decent prices!
I wish if I could give 0 stars. This place is so unorganised, I ordered 2 times from here and both times I have received wrong orders. 1 time I ordered veggie pizza and I have received pepproni pizza and 2nd time in chicken pasta there was no chicken and both times restaurant owner had excuse that chef made a mistake. Like I have never seen any restaurant so unorganised before. Never going back to this restaurant and suggesting everyone else also not to go.
I ordered a Hot Veal Sandwich with sauce on the side.Sounds pretty easy IF you are Italian. NO,it was a soggy,cold,flavorless sandwich which left me wondering why I drove halfway across Brampton to be hung up on by that NASTY lady up front!!
If you’ve had good pizza before you’d know that this place kinda really sucks. I ordered from skip, and ordered wings and pizza. The pepperoni was almost non existent. It was mostly just just a cheese pizza and not a good one. I’ve seen reviews that they forget things so to no surprise at all, my dip for my wings and pizza were missing. The wings were okay. Not bad but not good. I just would never recommend this place. First and last time ordering from here
If you are looking for tasty food, sure this would be the place to go. But if you want a full experience, one where they actually care about the customers and actively try to avoid overcharging you this is NOT the place. Never have I ever been in a situation where the restaurant makes a mistake with your order (for context what should be a $56 order is now $75 because of an order mistake and a crucial omission) and their response is “well it’s already made so we have to charge you” and all the manager can do is offer you $5 and a lukewarm apology. Who wants to pay $75 on pizza and 2lbs of wings, So here we are left with three choices:1) pay $752) pay $0 and take my business to a less problematic establishment with basic taste3) graciously accept the new $70 price and leave an honest review on Google.Like I said food is great, customer service 100% would not recommend.
