Order for to go, food was poor tasted and prepared. Chicken wing too dry. Sushi roll feel like it was prepared from the day before. Calamari was chewy. Nothing good for our meal, dinner wasted. I will never come back or recommend anyone here.
Finally went back with my best friend after over two years since the pandemic started. The food was delicious and well priced compared to some other places. The customer service was very good. We literally ate absolutely everything we ordered and the waiter noticed how quickly we finished everything, LoL ?. It was good to be back!
We went there for dinner with another couple of friends. The food was great, and so was the services overall. Several things to note:- Prices did go up since CoViD. Plan for about $100 for 2 people in all, after tax tips and an alcoholic drink each- Menu items are not the same for lunch and dinner (prices are lower for lunch)- Prices are higher for Fr/Sat/Sun.Food is great though, so outside of the remarks above, I would recommend you try it out! :-)
Food is excellent and Atmosphere is amazing
I really loved the place . I ordered a few vegetarian Sushi plates and everything was great. I especially liked the tofu Tempura sushi rolls. They havea. Wide variety of options to choose from . All you can eat is available too. Definitely recommend trying it out
It was a wonderful experience for us at Tokyo Maki Sushi, the food was just amazing and service was excellent.

The food was horrendous. You taste the old oil used to fry food???. The fried rice was extremely oily and tasteless. There was this weird smell the entire time we were there and it felt like the bathroom is flooded. $33 per person was a huge waste of money. Never going there again and I don't recommend any one does.
Tokyo Maki is great restaurant. If you want all you can eat food for a decent price i would definitely go here. They are very quick in bringing your food and the staff overall is nice. The only reason I give it four stars is because it is nothing special. If you're looking for high quality special sushi this is not the spot however still a great place just for your sushi cravings. It is definitely one of the better spots in Brampton.
Went to Tokyo Maki tonight with my family and was disappointed in the service. Half way through our experience I asked the waitress if she knew how much longer we’d have to wait for the food order that we placed half hour before. She told us she’ll go find out. When she came back she told us that the chefs decided not to make the food we ordered because he felt we wouldn’t be able to finish it. I was very puzzled by her answer as we ordered the food items for a reason… with the intention to obviously eat it.The food wasn’t that great tonight either. However, I’ve been here before and the food is normally good but the service, especially from my experience tonight, needs to be improved.
