This location lacks proper managent and planning. They never have anything available after 5pm other then coffee, but that proves difficult at times. Staff rushes you through the drive thru and lacks the ability to say thank you or even say have a nice day. It is annoying when the only response you hear is Ya sure and how you pay, not your typical response of does this complete your order and how would you like to pay.Over all horrible location.
Person on the microphone was so muffled she was not understandable. We ordered 20 Tim bits, paid for 20 Tim bits, but did not receive 20 Tim bits.
This is the second time I ordered iced coffee from this place. Everytime they forgot to add sugar in it and i have to through it in the garbage. They should provide adequate training to their staff
Never given the correct order. 3x in a row asked for tea on different days and i got coffee. By the time you get on the highway from this location it's too late to turn back and exchange for correct order. This place needs new management and employees need to be well trained.
Had to remake my sandwich. I guess some people don't realize that a slab of meat right in the middle is not appetizing. Flies inside the donut display. People were nice though. That counts for something I guess
Horrible service!!! They messed up my coffee and instead of making me a large coffee they just threw the medium in a large cup. The drive thru person was rude and didn't take my order correctly. And they gave me the large coffee and a medium tea without a sleeve or extra cup and I burnt my hand and my mouth.
They always take too long. Been in the line for over 30 mins now. These young girls are worst at professionalism. No zeal for work. !! Shut down this location rather.
Great little Tim Hortons to stop at if in the area. I always get a fabulous coffee. Never been disappointed. Keep up the good work.
Extremely unprofessional customer service. Went through the drive-thru and I asked for a caramel iced coffee. The car behind me honked, so I didn’t exactly hear what the worker said. So I asked her to repeat herself once again and she began screaming at me. Her name was Sandeep.Sandeep has no respect for customers. She was talking to me without any remorse. She claimed I was making her repeat herself many times, although I am a customer. A customers order and needs are to be fulfilled by the worker at all times.Extremely poor service! They don’t know how to talk to customers, especially Sandeep. Very dissatisfied.
We go in the drive-thru which is incredibly slow. Once we ordered and got to the window the employee told us to wait in front of the store for our order. We waited 20 minutes. My husband went inside to see what’s taking so long. they didn’t even know his order and had no intention of bringing our items to us. He requested a refund but then they ripped him off by charging him 2.45 for a chocolate chip muffin which was the only part of the order they gave us at the window. They didn’t even apologize. Worst customer service I have ever received from a Tim Hortons. Avoid this location.
