I'm always there and not a day goes by where I have to wait for my sandwhich/order for more than 5 mins. There was even one time where my order was forgotten and the Sandwhich maker did not even apologize.

Worst Timhortons ever. There app sucks too. There is offer on the app where it says 2 for $3 any size steep tea but when scanned it does not work and the supervisor said they cannot do anything to help. Please see the picture of the offer and the invoice. It is such rip off in the timhortons.

This Tim hortons is extremely incompetent. The drive thru service is beyond slow and rude. There are two lanes open to order, but only one worker taking the order at a time? The logic is lacking. Everything I ordered was made poorly. Waste of money. How hard is it to make a coffee correctly? Never again will I be going to this Tim hortons. McDonald’s McCafé is across the street. Go there instead.

There service is backwards, you order then cross over new customers. Then again to leave out their designated exit. Setup your cashier first then the lady making stuff. So customers don't have to cross over eachother, twice on each order.#commonsense

me and my friend visited this place we took a moment to see what we are ordering when we were done, we went to place an order. i ordered cofee and bagel and my friend showed her tim app which was not showing the barcode, when we asked for help she said we need to show the barcode, which we already activated but was not showing on screen due to may be network issue or in app issue. then instead of helping she said that i dont know what you are doing , you are just playing with your phone. the same thing she said to her co- worker. she was so aggressive and rude to us. when paying i said am paying by gift card and rest amount i will be paying by debit. she did not listen and just press on debit .i showed her gift card then she again said did not u say u r paying by debit? i again patiently said i m paying by gift card and debit. at the end we said next time dont be so rude with ur customers it does not look nice. she was still looking at us like we did anything wrong. if u r not happy with customers then you should leave ur job which needs extreme levels of patients. i am from the same industry but i always help them and give them time . being rude and spoiling somebody’s day is not nice.

Never ever experience such bad service at tim. One of the lady employee had no manners how to talk to customers. It was so disrespectful and humiliating . People are not just to buy stuff there they also expect some decent behavior and hospitality .over all this morning was worst at tim.

Ordered a bagel toasted with butter via drive thru. When opened the wrap, the bagel was a cold as the butter was just sitting on it. Went inside right away to change the bagel or warm it up but was given attitude by an employee named Monica. She said she toasted it, it probably got cold in my car. Told her it was just a minute ago how can a bagel get cold that fast. Advised maybe the toaster is not working properly but she decided to keep on giving attitude while making another one. Saying stuff like throw that one in garbage, I said I won’t and will give to a homeless person. She tried to grab it and said there is no homeless. I asked her to calm down with her unnecessary attitude and she kept going with verbal diarrhea. She slammed the new bagel on the counter. I asked for her name, after providing me her name she went on to say I don’t care what you do with it. I was in a complete shock. I understand that customer service jobs are not east cause I am in one too but it doesn’t give anyone the right to show attitude and be rude for a legitimate complaint/request. Owner of this Tim Hortons - please educate your employees how to deescalate the situation instead of making it worse. Correct approach to such situation is an apology and providing the goods in respectful manner.

Worst Worst Worst experience!! The cashier took my order and after 4-5 minutes of waiting, she told me that they are out of steep tea and either she can refund or more wait for 2-3 minutes. I mean seriously? They were giving steep teas in the drive through! They weren’t bothered of people standing inside and waiting for the same things! The staff should improve their customer skills and behavior as a human.

Worst Tim Hortons...!!!No Proper Service, delayed all Orders!!!And takes infinite time to get your orders and process. Not recommend at all. Everyone stay away if you want good food and utilize your tome properly.

Usually lined up. And service is sometimes slow. But there are people who are highly appreciable. They move fast, deal with you highly professionally, respectfully.
