We came in to grab coffee and doughnuts around 12:08 AM.The washroom was closed off and we asked the lady if they were opening because we had to use the washroom. She said yes they will open they have to clean them.My mother in law has a medical condition and she asked the lady after 10 mins if the washroom will be open soon because she really had to go.The lady said there are chemicals on the toilet so she cannot go in.We are still sitting here and the time is now 12:50 AM. The store is empty and they ate continuing to clean the counters and display cases.No one has gone in to clean the washrooms and knowing we have to use them, we are paying customers who would like to use the washroom. I didn't know that you had to leave chemical sit on a toilet for an hour.Thankfully your neighbour's jack astors were kind enough to let us use the washrooms without having to buy something.Very frustrated customer...
One of the best tim locations I have been to. Great and quick customer service. All the people working are really polite and friendly. Good and clean environment. I always have a great experience when I come here.

This tim horton is such a disappointment. Customer service is very bad. Staff dont know how to treat customers. Not properly trained. They really need to change their staff. I went today this tim hortons around 2pm 6june 2022. That girl dont know how to treat customers and she gave me burned wrap then i refused to take it then she was so annoyed to serve me again, i was paying for it, wasnt taking charity from tim hortons. Associates should understand they are not doing charity, customers are paying for food. Worst experience. Staff is so useless.
Hope corporate office sees this and takes an appropriate action. One of the worst Tim Hortons i have ever been to. Filthy, stinky overall. The food was old. Chicken was burnt, old and hard like rock. I threw up after eating couple bites of chicken strips. Never going back here. I wouldn't recommend this location. The management shows a clear lack of leadership and skills required to keep this location running. Staff ignore messes and spills for days on end. Pictures show a cup and spill over a week old. Washrooms still have the mess from night before. The owner of this location should clean house and restaff the entire place.
Everytime i go have to wait for so long. Lack of leadership and communication. They just put new comers alone in front amd they take so much time. Not properly trained. But their food and coffee is good.
Had an offer on the app for two wraps for $6 I go to pay the cashier tells me almost $20 I said I ordered only two she insisted I order 3. They gave cash back I said she gotta pay attention on the orders. Someone I was leaving said SHUT UP.! I stopped and I said I heard that.! They all got silent.
This Tim Hortons is such a disappointment. We work nearby and every morning they fail to properly take orders, always rushing orders through their intercom even when it's slow. Yesterday we had a lady in the morning who cut us off while we were still ordering and today we ordered 2 biscuit meals and only got 1 biscuit. This is probably the 20th time they've gotten orders wrong and I just wish they would do a better job at providing service to their customers.
Well! To begin with worst customer service not everyone just the one girl we talked to. We always respect the Tim Horton workers as they work really hard. The girl in the evening shift she really needs training on how to deal with customers. Her tone was so rude like we were there for free food. She needs to learn how to respect people. Thank you again for worst service.
