Ordered the coffee for 7 am shift for sunday morning. And when I had first sip of the coffee aee, it was tasteless and old coffee. I asked for 1 cream only but it has like 4 cream, not fresh plus cold.Ruined my day at work.
Very bad experience. I ordered for medium mocha iced cap. I requested for blended the whipper topping inside that. She took my order and repeated it. But i got ice cap with topping of whipped cream. At window i asked again can you please blended it but she rudely said “No” without any manner and shut the window down very aggressively and did not make eye contact. I don’t know her name but she seems like Chinese lady or phillipines. I ordered around at around 9.27 PM. (31March2022)I am disappointed with their service.Head office please take it seriously. Zero star for customer service. ☹️
Everytime i visit and ask for Latte, she has only one answer that we dont have that now..dont know why you display on Menu board then..Maximum times they dont have breakfast available.i dont know whether the outlet is just to show that its open as they dont even keep display stuff..
It very old building, And it goes not have a charging port at any of seat, but the seat are in more number as. Compare to another locations and. Food is also very good.

They don’t even carry any breakfast material . It morning time they don’t have any sauce or any hashbrown . Once they said we cann’t toast your product after , while repeating order she said we will toast . Hell. The order taker was so rude . Is she being paid for rudeness or serving for people . Hilarious .

I was just there with my sister to get ice caps. My cup had a cut and the contents were leaking. I went back after I was half way to my destination. Instead of just a simple sorry, she just said to double cup. It was leaking from the time that I got my drink. Just need more training in customers skills and customer connections.
