They refuse to serve decaf coffee. My sister is pregnant; therefore, I wanted to buy a decaf coffee.When I go there, I was told there is no decaf coffee right now. I told them I have a time and asked if they could make a decaf for my pregnant sis. They told because they are cleaning there(?) they will not make it. It happened in two different times. I won’t go there again.
24/7 cleaning is going on,please don’t be so lazy ,,after Covid-19 u get the reason to not clean washroom and to open it
4-5 employees at the front and no one would talk to me or take my order. After order, they took so much time.I understand that there job is hard but really ??

I wish google could have 0 or Negative star option. We placed an order through tim hortons mobile app for drive through pick-up. It approved the order and deduct payment from my account. When we reach at the location the location was closed. Other locations there are early closed today shows the same on the application but not this location.There is no option to cancel the order in the application.Looks like a miss management or a way to cheat people!!

I get my breakfast here at least 2 days a week, always treated well inside or drive through. A Tim stop as any other. Big parking.
Tim Hortons drive through services are so bad, cold coffee no napkins, I order small dcafe they gave me double double medium..mist of the time, they don't care customer service...
