Worst Tim hortons drive through location ever!! Took 20 mins to get a cup of coffee... Upon asking, found out they only have one staff in the evening after 6pm. He's the only taking orders, making food/beverage and then coming back to window to take payment and handing out the order. .. The manager really needs to do a better job in managing the workforce and having more people working during busy hours. Terrible service !!!
Needs to open a seperate window for mobile pickup orders especially in the night (12-6 AM).Have to stand in between cars to grab your order, and when no cars are theres no way you can get your order.
The absolute slowest Tim hortons drive thru ever, if you want to spend at least 10 mins waiting to even place your order in the morning then go here

I didn’t feel the need to rate any Tim Horton’s until now as almost all the locations I tried had their drinks and food made to perfection. But at this location all the 4 coffees I ordered were not all good at this location and we had to discard them. The potato wedges were undercooked as well. However, the customer service was good.
If we are ordering mobile order for pick up ten minutes before pick up it must be ready by then but they will prepare when you go there no one is so much free like you to wait whole day for a coffee peasents

This is drive-thru experience, I’ve ask for spicy buffalo chicken wrap and they gave me chicken bacon wrap . Wrap , bacon and all dried out and old. No paper tissue and no ketchup for wedges. Please don’t go to store for food. They just shoved bag on face and no thanks nothing. Bad service too.

Excellent customer service!!!Whenever i visited this Tim Hortons always get the quality service specially for dine in. You always found one of the team member maintaining the cleanliness. Timely service! Hardworking crew! What else i can say.Whoever in the management reading this please appreciate the crew once.
