Although they’re always busy, the friendly morning staff is why I prefer this location over others!

They pick and chose who they want to sever at this location the wife and I waited over 20mins for a sandwich and bagle we ended up getting a refund for I would highly recommend not going to this tim Hortons
Poor customer service. Over 20 mins for a coffee @ drive - thru, on the cup marked with TT with M. This is the third time I have received cream in my coffee. Come on can’t even get my coffee right. I should have checked my coffee at the window ?. They should have a receipt policy. I wonder why Tim’s don’t give out receipt. I know we can see it in the app but still why not?? Maybe they don’t want customers to know their scams. Tim’s rip me off so many times, we ignore it it’s just because we don’t have the time to go back and deal with it. But I think we should. Something to think about. Most Tim’s not wearing gloves while handling food ? I wonder if they even follow Covid protocol.
This store is out of many items always. Staff is seen speaking language other the English always. Navdeep kaur so called Supervisor needs more enhanced training for customer service and resolution skills. She knowingly makes customers wait for ordered items.
Very concerning that the drive thru was not wearing a mask or gloves when getting breakfast within the last 15 mins. Placed her bare hands on the coffee lids. We will never get out the pandemic if Tim Hortons allows their employees to get away with this especially with the very contagious Omicron variant. ? Do better Tim Hortons. We can always stop ✋ ordering from you and order from Starbucks. ?♀️
Please don’t start your day with the first coffee from this TH cause they gonna ruin it. Been here numerous times day and night. Never got a good coffee or even anything to eat. ??I guess they don’t care.
Customer service is good. The girls wearing damala on her head was so nice and good at her work. But about my coffee i ask ST with 1\4 FV but i think i just got st. Otherwise, timbits and cookies were good.
They are always in rush. Today I ordered 2 Breakfast sandwich Egg and cheese and what I got is just the biscuits without anything inside. This is not the first time, last time it more worse.
They can't take a simple order. Messed up my order on multiple occasions and unfortunately they did it again just now. Ordered a medium French Vanilla with quarter coffee and received a mediun double-double. How can you mess that up is beyond me? Anyway, reached home and threw it in the garbage. Money well spent! Wish I could give this particular Tims a zero stars rating.
