Not great with providing regular Tim Hortons quality food. My bagel had to be made twice, it wasn’t toasted at all when I asked for double toasted. Then my second bagel looks like it got completely carelessly made. This is absolutely ridiculous, I can’t believe people do this. My coffee was alright.
Got coffee and honey dip donut at around midnight. Coffee was ok but donut was hard like rock. Plus staff was talking so loud in some foreign language that it was difficult to focus on our own discussion.
Like many other posters, this place gets 1 star. I placed and order through the drive through and advised that I was opening the app.They person at the window said to just pay first. So I tapped my card.Once I had the app opened to scan for rewards, she goes and says you have to scan before paying.Going WTH?Very upset with the customer service there. Absolute zero for misdirection just to keep their numbers up.
I had the worst experience, I had just ordered a small and a medium french vanilla however she did not even understand the order. Even after repeating 4 times I had received a medium french vanilla. After ordering again for the second time she is like you could have ordered together. So rudeeeee!!!!!Ma’am I ordered altogether not my fault if it was you who did not understand.Plus the french vanilla was so worst that it seems it was boiling water with some milk and a sweetener.After taking a sip I have to order it from another Tim.Waste of money and energy.
This location should be closed by now. Been there at least 50 times and 90% of the time they don’t have the menu items that’s on the board. Today, May 31, 2022, they only had bagels and coffee. Not even Ice cap! Seriously! Either Tim Horton has grown out of control or Canadians need an alternative fix!
I ordered Chai Tea with Double Double, and Jalapeño Bagel,She handed me over only Double Double and I asked to replace it with chai tea, she made again and made only chai tea without Double double,, for the bagel i am attaching the picture, she didnt cut the bagel into half, last time i got the bagel she cut in half but only the top layer not the bottom one. Whoever is the owner or manager has to take care about their employees; I dont know how manager manages the employee and watch them while they work. Lack of training or what, not sure.

This Tim Horton is relatively big and new as compared to others because it is together with a Wendy on site. But the decaf coffee I ordered does not taste fresh at all, furthermore, what really shocked me is the dirty and disgusting condition of washroom :(
