This is the wrost tim hortons. Their customer service is too bad. The lady who took our order was making weird faces when we were placing the order and then they gave us this burn bagel. Like seriously! They need to learn basics first.

Wow, as everything is expensive as it it. Tim’s is ripping off people by charging people more for their lunch menu. If the price was increased then why the menu board is not updated with current pricing. Absolutely no excuses. Don’t you guy’s make enough. For me it’s just $0.20 cents but imagine in a day how many people you guys are ripping off. Very disappointed.Also why Tim’s never give out receipts out, unless you ask this is another way of making money and over charging customers.I been going to Tim’s over 20+ years not one day they offer me my receipt at any location.Your drive thru times are ridiculous and on top of that your charging more.After so many months I walked into Tim’s due to their poor drive thru time. Still had to wait over 15 mins in line just to get a coffee and a sandwich.Management need to be more alert.

If this location had less than a zero rating, then I would give them that. Worst Tim's ever! Food was disgusting. Dont buy from here. We wanted to pay cash, but apparently they dont take cash! When we asked for a refund, guess what? We got cash!Whoever owns this location should be ashamed of their business. Please hire new staff that care.Tim Horton would be rolling over in his grave if he visited this place.

They don’t even deserve 1 star As per their customer service. Most of their employes dont even know the ABC of customer service. They dont have manners at all how to serve the customer. They don’t even bother theirself to do the job for what they are hired for. Today morning around 5am, I ordered chai tea in the drive thru. After reaching at work when I tasted it, the taste was quite different(i think I was served with masala tea instead) they never bother theirself to stir the suger and wana save every penny by not giving seleeves with the hot cup.

I placed an online pickup order and the girl working right now refused to give me order just because they are not allowed serve food at the moment and then i asked her if app is letting me to place an order then what is the problem and then she started misbehaving and become rude and refunded my money i would threw the money on me.Poor experience

First this location has the worst staffs ever, they don’t even know what customer service is! How to talk to clients or how to behave in front of clients! Go home if you dont want to work just dont take your frustrations on customers! I don’t understand why Tim Hortons is so desperate hiring such people!!!!! so many talented people out there .. Please at least for the sake of your clients try to recruit worthy people . Been there a couple of times but unfortunately every-time its the same thing ! Second U order for something they give you something else !And lastly whenever you are going there its as if you are disturbing them with your orders !

I went to the location yesterday and asked for 6 ice caps. Understandably that was a lot, but the lady taking my order said that the machine was out of order. Seconds before they took my order I saw a man walk out with a large ice cap. I told the lady and she said it was an ice cap, and then quickly changed her answer and said it was actually a tea. If you’re not going to do your job, then quit so someone more deserving can have it

Staff is good…i always order coffee 2-2 with milk and bagel, both was good …. but waiting time is very high mostly if you go drive through……Thanks…

Be careful with these scammers, they over charge you at the drive thru. They added $3.00 to my order, the price seemed off but I didn't want to hold up the drive thru line so I didn't bother trying to figure the correct price. That's fine, now you have a one star review and lost my business forever.

Worse experience ever! Every time I go there and place an order there always out of the item, whether it be a donut or bagel. Today was the worst, I was there at 640pm and placed an order for a large decaffeinated tea, and was told by the rep "we ran out of hot water from the machine"! Everyone in the line look at each other and LOL. Tim Hortons serves beverages that requires WATER. How in the world can a franchise run out of hot water. Two nights ago I was there around 830pm and order a dozen boston cream donuts. I was told they ran out of donuts and would be making them at 6am the next morning!! DON'T WATSE YOUR TIME AND GO THERE!
