I asked one of their employee to change the broken lid. Instead of helping she showed her attitude to us. They don’t know how to talk with the customer.

Drive thru breakfast, pretty quick. Love their new harvest wrap, sausage and egg wrap. Habenero chicken wrap available at lunch is also yum. Service 5/5

Always great service from these folks! Placed a large order the day before. Picked it up. All was ready and organized and on time. I've always had great service at this location. Now the parking lot, that is another story some kind of a nightmare!!!

Clean location, but my order took forever. I ordered a large decaf, that's all, and it took almost 10 mins. (Only 1 person ordered ahead of me...) ?

Welcome to Brampton, I mean India.Like many of the Tim Horton's ran completely by Indians, the utter lack of customer service is disgusting and repealing.I do not know why Canadians (none Indians) would vouch to financially support any place of business literally ran -- from top to bottom -- by Indians and Indians only. The Canada once I knew was all about diversity, inclusion and not exclusion , dominance and superiority.Go anywhere in GTA's Tim Hortons, Gas Stations, Sub-Ways, convenience stores, you're bound to see nothing by Indians.Canada should change it's name to CANDIA.

Most of the time nobody's in cashier but the coffe i ordered's always hot

I always appreciate people who work hard. But the customer service of this store was not up to the mark. I went to the drive thru. Well first of all I don’t expect a good service from them, but their sad faces and the way they talk show that they don’t wanna do the work at all. Saying “Hi”, “thank you” or “welcome” really hurts them I believe. I would just say please show a nice gesture towards your guests. It is a request. Thank you!

I would give -1 star if I could. They really need to change the guy at the front. I’m not just leaving a review based on one visit because it’s understandable that sometimes people have an off day but this guy’s personality is just trash and yes, I think twice was enough to label his personality as the itchy word but with B infront. Twice I’ve went there and when you’re saying something he doesn’t get he just mentally takes a long pause, I assume to sigh in his mind and act like you’re stressing him out. Went there today to buy something as I’m always there to get food before work. I didn’t remember quite well so I asked if they sold water, he said “yes over there” and pointed so then I asked how much it is and after a long 10-15 seconds pause, he folded his hand, leaned his body to one side and said “I don’t understand what you’re saying” so I asked again “do you guys sell bottled water” and he did the same thing then said “I still don’t understand what you’re saying” so I said nevermind and proceeded to order something else. It’s called customer service….. and quite frankly I don’t think anyone is forced to work at timmies. You chose it so don’t be an ick with a d infront.

Service is bit above average. Keep it up
