I have been going to this TH location since it was open there. At first it was clean and well maintained. In the last few years it became a student haven it was filthy and very unwelcoming. So much that I had stop going due to the insanitary condition.I decide stop by this morning for breakfast on our way out and I was extremely surprised and impressed...it was very clean down to the washroom which was wiped clean everywhere.I would like to compliment the staff for their cleanliness and would hope that they continue to maintain it.GREAT JOB KEEP IT UP !!
I have received wrong order and not the one I actual order and I called back the store and the girl said that we will give you replacement when you come next and she wrote my name and order.When I visit the store they said sorry I can’t because the girl who answer the phone wasn’t working at that time.Do you want me to chase what day/time she is working.
The staff is really polite but the store manager, Meera is utterly rude. When I asked her to put extra sugar syrup in my coffee, she said I will not do that because i made your coffee and I KNOW I put 3 pumps in it. If there is something you can't do for the customer, you should at least be polite but the way she was speaking to the customers and even the staff members was extremely arrogant and rude. She is the most unprofessional person I have ever come across. She kept yelling to make it look like she is right but I wonder if she has been trained on customer service if not on how to make an iced coffee.
Best coffee ever here. The place is quite and nice. People are very much polite. You can sit and enjoy your quality time with coffee and snacks.
I had such a horrible experience today. It was 20 minutes ago at 6:40pm on June 8th, 2022. I asked for 10 sour cream imbits and the person at the window gave me Tim Biebs Sour Cream timbits (the ones with chocolate chips). I told him that I only wanted sour cream timbits, I didn't want the ones with chocolate chips to which and he told me they taste the same. Which they obviously don't. There's a reason why I asked for just plain sour cream timbits. When passing back the timbits, they dropped on the floor and kept telling me they're still in the box. As if I am to eat something from of the ground. Horrible service and nasty workers with nasty practices. If I can I find a way to report them, I will be. Completely disgusting and unacceptable.
Every morning I go to this location to get the coffee and bagel and Double toasted with extra butter But they give me a regular toast And regular butter And I told them make sure it's double toaster but they don't care so I have to go again inside for correct my order. And most of the people are working here there's a student they don't care about the customer service. I go to this location almost 11 years used to be their customer service was Excellent.
Either sell tea and honey or don't sell tea.
trash :(- Well first, they didn't give the full order that we ordered so we had to go back in line(drive thru).- Then my friend ordered NO BACON on her BLT yet she got bacon. When we called them they said "Let me check" like what are you gonna check? There's clearly bacon and in the receipt said NO BACON.- Also when they redid the BLT for my friend, the BLT tasted as if it was sprayed with perfume. I think it's just the person's perfume, but my friend could taste the fumes. That's gross.- Also my friend and I ordered Lattes, instead, when we drank our "lattes", it was just milk, warm milk. Always check your order before you drive off or go elsewhere. I ordered a sausage biscuit but they gave me the biscuit without the sausage and when I called, they claimed they don't sell breakfast in the evenings.
