Had the worst customer service in my life and probably the worst experience of racism in all my years living in Canada.The staff name is "MARY". Very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. If you have experienced similar stories share yours! So they'll know how trash this place is.
Mary has treated my family poorly and unprofessionally in an incident on May 21st. This is rude and unacceptable behaviour with its anti-Asian sentiments and we refuse to return to this location or recommend it to anyone until this situation is rectified.
Tonight, I had my coffee at this location, girls at the window did a great job, I usually have my coffee every day at this location and is impressed by their service. Great job girls

on Saturday, i went to this location to get my drink at storefront. I heard the manager shouting on one of the crew she was having very rude behaviour with her. That’s not what a team leader do. I heard her name from one staff member. Her name is bhargvii if i am right. I would suggest she should maintain positive environment at workplace rather than yelling on team members.
The coffee is good and all but this Timmy's does not have a drive-thru. Also, every time I go in, the employees look all of stressed, peeved and overwhelmed by the pace of their food delivery side (ubereats, etc). I think they should really separate the customer-serving side with the food delivery drivers - it's an unpleasant vibe esp. with the weeded employees' energy.
Got a coffee and a bagel an hour ago. I chose to go through the drive-thru as it was lunch hour so I wanted it to be quick. The lady was quite rude and yelling. I understand you're busy but perhaps if the ladies behind you would yell less, you'd have to talk lower too ??♀️. I heard four ladies yelling into the mic at the same time while I tried to tell my order. Also, the coffee was not filtered well. I have coffee bits in my mouth. It tastes like tar ?.
Worst place. I have asked for poutine and potatoe wedges many time but never got. Recently, I ordered coffee it’s so bad in taste, Vomiting starts.
Loved it when it used to be open 24*7 for dine in !!! But what can you expect when profit comes first instead of customer experience ... Sad ??
This is a greatly located Tim Hortons it is in Shoppers World Plaza it is directly north of Steeles and Main Street and is always a great drive-thru it has many nice features and when it is open it is always a pleasant place to get a coffee the staff are very helpful and friendly. I prefer the Canadian maple donut over any dream donut any day and it has the same filling as a Boston cream so let's keep the Canadian maple going let's bring them back!! This is a wonderful location to grab yourself a tasty treat to make sure to use the restrooms and wash your hands remember you can pick your nose you can pick your friends but you should never pick your friend's nose is even if you pick them A coffee remember that there's no true worries as long as you get some good chicken noodle soup once in awhile and make sure to balance your sugars and salts and have a great meal remember to get us leave instead of double cupping for the environment! Thanks again to the wonderful teams located here at this place I've been a baker and I work for TDL group so I was joking to somebody Half Baked Goods for a Half Baked Society while watching the movie Half Baked and when we're fully baked on our legal weed and are Canadian Tim Hortons fully baked goods that's a joke but remember that caffeine is a drug so don't get all hopped up on expresso LOL express yourself healthy. Stay safe and remember to stay proactive use your manners and try to remember Canadian values in or outside of Tim Hortons!
