Train wreck this morning : No receipt provided, BELT combo charged at 11.50$, no egg in the bagel, ask for a dark (received a regular) and they forgot the muffin... Fail from A to Z.
Service is usually pretty good, orders are accurate. Being on the corner of a busy intersection its usually pretty busy. The worst part of this Tims ,and most of the others Ive visited recently, is theyve gotten rid of every desireable treat and baked good that I liked. Powder jelly donuts/timbits are gone permanently, Cherry and Maple turnovers are also now non-existant, and what is left of their donut selection is less than desirable. But instead they invest in a take-home ice cream fridge. This is why I started going to other establishments for my baked goods.
I was literally the only customer. It’s been over 11 minutes by the watch and I’m still waiting for my cold brew. Also this is my third time here and the exact same story. I’m used to a very different experience from Tim’s.Update: they forgot to make my cold brew.Update: I am here again and the service was impeccable. I don’t know what changed in 24 hours but I was glad to see the change.
Used drive through on Saturday, April 23rd at 6am was happy that only a few cars ahead of me. However, whole order took more than 20minutes. I placed order at one of two drive-through when I got to the window to pay and pick up my order Tim Horton's employee asked me what I ordered and clearly not in system so repeat order again for the third time and wait, wait, and more waiting...Terrible service NO Apologizes. Tired this place again but walked in only one in store staff talking amongst them selves not worried I am waiting. Order finally placed only for it to be wrong and long waiting time...?
Just took my wife through your drive through service . at the Queen and Rutherford st location in Brampton after our scenic hike felt a snack and a coffee would be perfect. Instead was a rude experience from the woman who took our order to the woman at the window . Had to repeat our order 3 times they still got it wrong . We told her twice the coffee was a medium size with 2 cream and 3 sugar . It still read double double on the screen . We told her a third time said it still read "double double " on the screen . She mumbled something said meet her at the window . We drive up she hands is a coffee lid reads 2C 2S. We hand the coffee back tell her it's 2 cream and 3 sugar . She handed us back the same coffee with a different lid marked 2C3S but is obviously still a double double . Even dumped the coffee into her travel mug hoping extra sugar was added but not stirred. . . Nope . Very poor service .
Worst service, bad hearing problem, punjabi girl took the order, got all the money, and didnt handover full order, i reminded her, on the other hand who ever made the DD, didnt mix the sugar all the sugar was in the last sip.Whoever made meal wrap, (see attached photo) no need to say anything, i dont know why they are in rush, This is Brampton, no doubt, never going again there.
This Tim Hortons has dude people working both cash and drive thru to which any of them can speak English enough to understand. They don't ask about time rewards points and I have lost out 4 times on points and roll ups because of the lack to ask. They always have their washrooms locked and closed so that real customers who attend the restaurant can not use. The outside of the restaurant is filthy and they always burn orders or don't take the order properly of what the customer wants.
The coffee is usually pretty good but the mood of the clerks who work at the register are generally pretty, let's say, not the friendliest folks. Never a 'HI! How are you?' or Thank you and have a great day! None of that. You are lucky to even get a response from them if you say thanks back. What has happened to customer service. Is it the age group who work there? Miserable people. One more thing. One tie I paid with cash. A few toonies and some odd change. The girl serving me had no clue how to count the change. I could not believe it. WTH. She literally placed the coins down on the counter, and went over and over and over the coins. I had never seen anything like it before. It was like money, tangible money was completely alien to her.
This tim Hortons disappointments me.Every time I order something is just not what I expect. Not wanting to review but today ordered chicken noodle soup, and to my surprise a hair. I don’t need to take a picture to prove it. That’s why I’m leaving my review. Secondly, take it easy with drive thru, everyone rush rush, that’s why you mess up orders and or drop hairs on stuff. Like hygiene people! I’m just disgusted at this point. That place is to busy to care about the front customers because they concentrate to much on drive thru. ????
I know staffing is a problem these days, so I was patiently waiting for my takeout order and checking mails. When my order eventually came, the person called out my order, put it on the counter and glanced at me before running off to the next task. I picked it up even though half the lettuce had fallen on the counter. I looked inside and waited for someone to come back because it appeared to be wrong.I ordered a Bagel BELT and a hashbrown. They had made me a toasted bun with bacon, veggies and a hashbrown INSIDE of it. She told me that's what I ordered. So I explained to her that I had ordered a Bagel BELT with a hashbrown and was confused why anyone would put a hashbrown inside a sandwich. She just said "yes. It costs the same."I could tell they were too busy to be bothered and that she wasn't fully understanding me, so I asked for my receipt (because they don't normally offer receipts anymore) and left because I had to get back to work. When I ate it, the bun was charred and mayo coated all over the hashbrown. Is it normal to replace a Bagel with a dinner roll? And do people eat hasbrowns coated in mayonnaise inside a sandwich? Maybe they do... I'm just confused at how a standard item from their menu became something entirely different. ?For the time spent and inaccuracy of the whole order, I'll drive the extra 5 minutes to the next location. Sounds like my experience isn't uncommon for this location. They are pretty conveniently located though, so people will keep on going there regardless.Maybe just stick to donuts and coffee.
