Best Tim Hortons in Brampton hands down. its in a really awkward position but what can ya do. quick service, respectful staff and food tastes great! Good job.

I've been here many times.Seems like tables are always messy, Crumbs all over, coffee rings on tablesEven a dirty mask on the floor.When are the tables wiped down?You figure that with Covid still lurking around they would be on top of cleaning.Staff is friendly and get your order out at a fashionable time.I'll still grab my coffee, but will take it to go.

I always come on Saturday mornings to get my usual breakfast meal combo and no matter how busy the drive through is its always moving steadily.Any time i go there the little ladies and gentlemen that work there are always working as a team, communicating and acknowledging guests.My orders are always fresh and accurate. I love coming here, I'll wait patiently in line for this Tim's! You guys are awesome! ?

That's my favorite place to meet with my friends after work and have coffee together. Love the ambiance of the place.

I came for vanilla latte and a muffin, the lady on the speaker was yelling that ‘ I can barely hear you’ this is simply not the way to treat the customer and I asked on the speaker that I would like to talk to the manager on window but Aman came to talk to me and addressed herself as the supervisor on duty, she defended her employ that she was not rude and the clarification made was ‘ eight people have the headset, everyone listens to it, nobody finds her to be rude’My question to the Manager of the store is ‘Komal - the name mentioned by the employee at the window’ how would you like to be treated when you go out to order something for yourself?I have been in the customer service for last 5 years, I very well know how the tone of an employee brings a smile on the customer’s face and on the other hand; ruins the day by an employee’s tone.Your supervisor Aman just asked that do you want to have your order or not? I mean if I have placed my order then surely I’ll have it. If I don’t want to buy anything then why would I be here.Your staff needs to be nice and polite, the two basic things of the great customer service that they are lacking.??????

This location is unfortunately one of the worst tim hortons locations. We've ordered at the drive thru multiple times and about 80% of the times, they either miss out on items completely or miss parts of the order. I've ordered the farmers sandwich multiple times and sometimes they skip on adding the sauce, sometimes the hashbrown altogether. At times they've forgotten to give us the donuts. I would have never given them a bad rating had it been a one off. But unfortunately, it's recurring pattern. I hope they can fix it.

Coffee and donuts combination is always good ?.Choose wisely based on taste you want.This place is at good spot, expecting floor and tables little cleaner.

At 9:05 this morning I came into this location got a BLT sandwich and a steep tea 10/10. However, I was standing at the front waiting to order and the staff that was serving, literally ignored me and pay no attention knowing that I was waiting to order. On the other hand, she have no customer service skills and give lots of attitude not forgetting her mask wasn't on properly so what's the point. In my opinion, if you are going to be miserable and don't like your job just stay at home. I would highly recommend for her to work on her skills and retrain!

Dishonest. I've tested the drive through in the morning several times and I've noticed each time they don't scan my rewards properly. Here's what they do: they punch the debit machine up (you can see the tap icon already displayed) and then, if you insist, they scan your card which makes a *beep* but doesn't register anything since the transaction has already been pushed to the debit machine. I've had a free rewards on my app for 5 days and each day it didn't register until I demanded she reset the transaction. She was rude and shaking her head the whole time buy, Oh! Surprise surprise! I do have a free reward on there. -_- this location is sneaky and dishonest. At least in the weekday morning before 6:30am

Worst experience they screwed up my morning. The drive through staff will make you pay for your coffee and then they will say you haven’t paid and asked more money second time for same things even ive shown them the transfer successfully made from my account the first time but still they ask for more money for nothing.
