Serves sandwiches with rotten lettuce. Also regularly have to wait for the team to START making your mobile order when you come in, even though it was placed 10+ mins in advance.
Went through the drive through had to repeat the order several times (3 drinks, 3 sandwiches) when I got to the window to pay they handed me the drinks and asked me to come inside to get my sandwiches. Is NOT going inside not the point of a drive through. Always seem to have issues here
Worst experience!! I ordered one toasted bagel and it was BURNT.How come person applying butter on it didn’t see it or they simply didn’t care about it. I was the only person in drive thru at that time. There was no rush???
Always messed up with order. Today I ordered Chai tea latte, gave me only half cup of it. Although paid fully.
My real rating for this tim hortons is -207. This Tim’s shouldn’t be rated higher than one and that’s only because unfortunately “1” is the lowest it goes. Worst tim hortons ever. The staff is indescribably rude and unprofessional. Usually there are 6-8 people working, and yet it takes them 20 minutes to serve one person. the employees usually have an attitude even when they mess up orders which makes no sense. Being rude when you messed up someone else’s food ????? They rush when they’re making the food and drinks which is probably why they never make anything right. Customers are paying for their food/drinks, no one gets anything for free so it’s shouldn’t be too much to expect your food to be made properly. They’ve often even handed me someone else’s order which is just ridiculous. Literally all the reviews are complaints people have about this location, it’s clear the staff is problematic. This entire staff either needs to be retrained or REPLACED.
Today morning at around 6:15, i ordered farmer's breakfast wrap and i found 2 black hair in it. It spoiled my whole morning. Pls wear hair nets for not only to show customers but to maintain proper hygiene and food safety.
I visit there in morning time and had very bad experience. The person at the window is very rude. We ordered coffee which is not good at all. Then I ask them what kind of timbits you have and he told me that I you u don’t know the names of timbits don’t order then. This is not acceptable at all. Is this is the standard service of Tim hortons? Never recommend anyone
Night Shift girls are dumb. They don’t understand if someone is hungry or in a problem. I wanted to have one coffee only. They Refused to open the door. I want to give 0 rating to them who doesn’t understand situation of customer.
They say "best Tim Hortons ever" ok there that's a big joke, making its way up to be one of the worst Tim Hortons around, I been going to this Tim Hortons for almost 4 months now. I have yet to be able to receive a Southwest grilled chicken wrap, every time I place the order I'm being told "we don't have grille chicken" For 4 dam months straight every day, and this is always around 6-8 pm sometimes around 5 pm as well even when I go at noon too. Pathetic, talk about false advertisement.
