Worst customer experience ever. Everytime I get the same EXPRESSIONS as if I did a mistake or I have wasted their time.
Very bad costumer service.. one girl in the front with black eye frame she is having a lot of attitude. She didn’t know how to deal with a costumer. I don’t know where she will go with this much attitude.
Huge lineup. Only one girl was working when I visited this location and amazing thing : she was not aware what is cold coffee. Garbage service!!
Tried to order wraps here at noon and they said they dont have wrap available, either lazy or bad inventory managment!
I ordered a medium french vanilla and carrot cake muffin through drive thru at around 19.25hours on 14th march and I received a double double with extra expresso. I mean if you can’t take the order right why would you even take it.Very dissatisfied with their service.
Wearing a mask at this store is obviously not mandatory. Completely ignorant maskless woman was served anyway. Way to care about keeping everyone safe.
