Tim Hortons at this location is one of the best among tens of THs I have been to in the Greater Toronto area.It was very spacious, and the sitting arrangements were very good, and the atmosphere was very cozy.The service was quick, and courteous.

We were there to place an order through drive thru, staff there started laughing at us, upon asking why they were laughing, the serving staff refused to serve us.Worst Tim Hortons ever, the staff needs to be trained. There is a Tim Hortons a few km away from this one, go there or go to Starbucks right across the street, at-least they know customer service!!
This is by far probably the worst tim hortons I've been to. And I'm not only judging by one visit, this is the closest to my work so I have to frequent it often. Most days my order is wrong and the staff are rude and ignorant. Their ice cap machines are always down and today I was told they aren't serving any food. Are you kidding me?! All I wanted was a bagel and they didn't even have those. They don't even put a notice up before you get into the drive through lineup so after you find out they can't complete your order you have to wait to get out of the place. But to be honest, I think the quality and service at all tim hortons has gone downhill.
This is stupidest place to visit they have way too staff but still the skip or Uber drivers have to wait atleast 15mins till the order is ready the delivery is not more than just $6. The staff is rude they won’t help you or understand your scenario. One of the worst McDonald out there the place is huge but unethical people working here and it’s not about just one shift all the times it’s the same.
I ordered an assorted box of 20 Timbits, went home and opened the box to see this. Not impressed.
I never rated any tim hortons location, rating this one specifically because of Ravjot if I remember it correctly. AMAZING Customer service, I didn't get the order that I wanted but I went with his suggestion and really liked it. I asked him multiple questions, I want this and this, rather than getting irritated he answered politely, Tim hire for persons like him.!!! Also, Sandwich was great,
I placed an order nd the employee told ne to wait for 2 minutes at the front gate 15 minutes passed by nd nobody showed up. You Don't need to take order if u don't have material.... nd then they act strange like why the guy at the window is mad as if they don't know. You guys Really need to value the time you gave to the customer
ordered my begal and one of the employees she was making meat dish than she start making my order and she was using using same gloves which she was making a meat. I ask her did you change gloves she start making a argument with me. They have to learn protocol of food and safety rules.
Today I ordered hot coffee, iced coffee and toasted everything bagel with cream cheese. I really had a bad experience with the bagel as it was not at all toasted and felt like it was kept out for long and was extremely cold and even the iced coffee was at room temperature. Really had a bad time today evening. Hope you will improve your services.
