Only ordered a muffin through the app for pick up for the kids, arrived and walked inside where they have a mobile pick up line out the door due to delivery services. Meanwhile cashier has nobody and would not help out the long mobile order line up and said she could not give me the muffin. Took over 5 minutes just to get a muffin is poor service... I would never go back to this location, service was rude and staff doesn't want to help each other.

I was in Timhorton in down stair by dollar store in 25 Peel Center drive in bramely city Center in the morning. I had a offer for $8 for two wraps. My daughter paid for that and since I have 70 points my drink which was a small double double coffee went free. The cashier never explained to her that if the coffee offer is open the 8 dollar coupon never applied and just adds a $1.36 discount on one wrap. They charged me 13.81 and My daughter paid by debit card and didn’t pick my receipt. After an hour or so I realized. I went to talk to them that they made a mistake and should refund me my 4.61 back. The cashier who took the money print the receipt and asked the supervisor Pawan to explain and solve the issue instead he came and said it is your fault why you told your 17 years daughter to pickup the order and why you didn’t come. Why we should explain to you guys and why you are here playing mind games with us same nice you working in retail, which he was addressing me because I work in retail, you probably play mind games in your work place and you are doing it here. He was telling me I can’t do anything for you come talk to the main office or my owner on Monday. This is what the customer service of a supervisor in this timhorton then you can imagine. I told him if you can’t solve this problem by giving me a refund or a gift card of same amount why you have this title. He kept telling me I wasn’t listening to him but how I can listen to someone being so rude and put all blame on the customer and grabbing people money and without knowing you call you a mind game player. It is their employee fault she should of explain that if coffee is free the app won’t add the offer. My daughter is 17 and she is not stupid that he keeps saying why she come pickup the order and paid. If she would of explain before getting the money we would of not bought it. I will call the main office and file a complaint. I regularly buy from their metro location upstairs in the same mall and even down stairs and this is the way the treat a regular customer and look at their supervisor comments he made.

Bought 2 craveables sandwiches and 2 chicken wraps today from this location. Took the food home and when took first bite, spitted the food out. The chicken felt like chewing on rubber. It wasn't cooked properly. A piece of advice always check your food before taking it home.

Their quality of service is touching an all time low on every visit I don’t know how they manage to delay orders 85% of time I have to return it cause they can’t get it right.

Grossest location I have ever been to! Floors, tables, windowsills, washrooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. The underside of the table had chocolate I got on my white pants. Staff got my order wrong after repeating it 3 times. This location needs attention!

Quick service but not the best quality or presentation. Ordered 10 timbits to snack on and when I got home I see I only got 7… they put it in a donut container because they ran out of boxes?. Sandwich was good but literally looks like they couldn’t slapped everything on it and wrapped it up.

Worst customer service and staff.....always disappointed with the food. They never cut the bagel and always serve begel with both side same.

Terrible experience.. they have given me warm water instead of water 2 times when I have returned the coffee once. Just don’t waste your time going there.

It is okay. I was not happy when my son got his coffee and the milk was bad. They had a poor selection of donuts. They also made our coffee's and let them sit there. My son had to ask for them.

They never delivered my order and told that it’s delivered and ask me rate my experience. If I had the provision I will give a minus 1 rating . My money is gone and time too. I am very unhappy order no 9933 on March 17 my 25 dollars gone . No one would refund and my time . Big cheats and driver Jonathan O does not have any contact information. Store is also not answering my phone. Theives !! Money and time theives.!!!! Beware if you order to this location via app.????
