Worst location drive thru insanely busy inside lines upto parking lot and workers inside only 1 person taking order on cashier no Manger on floor to help people taking order same time going to make food leaving cash u attended Tim hortons head office you standards are really bad in this location
Not only do the customer service representatives rush the orders but they’re serving stale & gross food. This is disgusting. Take diligence in the food you’re serving.
It was worse going there. We ordered for two vanilla creamy chill but that lady who are taking orders gave us something else and then she was like oh i did not listen out properly. I was so disappointed with their customer service and their attitude too.
I’ve ordered this espresso foam infused drink at 9 different tim Hortons chains, they’ve all done it correctly but this is the first chain that’s made some horrible iced coffee-looking drink.I will accept this time around but if I receive another horribly made coffee I will leave it on your counters and file a chargeback. This is not what I paid for. Train your employees better here they’re easily the most “”inexperienced”” team I’ve seen
The worst Tim Hortons location ever! Every time I have gotten an everything bagel toasted with butter here, they literally put a dot of butter even after requesting EXTRA EXTRA BUTTER! The whole bagel is so so dry. The coffee almost always tastes like water.
Just to manage traffic, they are not cooking good anything. The bagels are cold every time. Please don’t buy bagels there, you won’t like that for sure.If there would be an option for 0 star, I could have given that.
I normally don’t review large chains but something needs to be said. I came here and got 2 crispy chicken bacon ranch wraps with no tomato. As the worker was making it, she put tomato on it but then realized I asked for no tomato. She removed them and kept making the wrap. This is very bad practice because the items are now cross contaminated. If I was allergic then it would’ve been an issue.
01.45 am , Saturday april 23, 2022. The tim girl who served us water on the name of drinks. We ordered 2 medium steep tea 4x4 and 1 medium steep 3-3, so there was no sugar at all, the taste was too bad that nobody will ever drink it. So we went again to drive thru to change it, she take the drinks back, and served another drinks, surpisingly of same taste, no sugar at all. It was totally a bad serving, by bad location. I better advice you guys to proper train your employees or if found a time make a visit to Tim hortons of Toronto, they serve exact we need. Hope your employees focus more time on drinks rather on making there time.
The standard at this location is far beyond terrible! I often wonder how Tim Hortons allows locations to operate so poorly. This place is consistently terrible.
I ordered bagel and coffee at drive thru, first of all the staff at drive thru didn’t know to deal with customers, she was so rude. After that she served coffee which wasn’t even warm and the bagel was complete burnt even that has very bad smell. They should teach customer service to their staff. I had very bad experience with their staff and food quality too ??????????
