Good place with good and knowledgeable staff. Good place for a quick bite. You will find everything from Tim's menu. Washrooms are also clean and tidy and they have ample seats for dine in.
I ordered 3 steep tea’s and three muffins with butter inside. They didn’t heat up the muffin and tea’s had no sugar. Bad service.
so i will be honest if u wanna go to get mayby a lunch its ok but the service is not that good like they cant even put a lid on my cub properly there always rushing and somtimes there kinda mean its just not the best it can be WAY better so if your really hungrey or somthing its ok to go to i guess but its not always good
Nice place. I found it crowded almost all the time. Cleanliness is average. Lack of item there mainly potato wedges.
Beyond disappointed with the service of this location. Have been coming here for years and buy coffee for everyone in the office 3-4 times a day . I mobile order it before leaving my house or office, to no surprise Nothing was ready after patiently waiting 5 minutes inside the store and not being acknowledged I kindly asked for my order received a blank stare . I once again kindly asked If my order was ready and just got a blank stare back. I am usually content waiting, today was different as it had been almost half an hour since the order was placed , instead of the “supervisor” apologizing and making me my order she wanted to argue with me that it was my fault that it was not ready trying to embarrass me and tell me that I am not nice . Last time I checked I was a paying customer that waited paitiently over 5 minutes inside the store for an order that was placed 20 minutes prior . Save yourself the stress drive up the road to orenda and Dixie Tim’s
Seriously waited 5 min for a bagel and they gave me another bagel than the one I ordered and didn't even have cream cheese properly. The staff seemed a bit over the place. Better management is needed.
Firstly, the food was good. However, the employees don't know how to greet someone. I said "hlo" at first and they didn't even reply and while i was receiving my order i said thank you and they didn't even respond. This kind of rude behavior is unacceptable. Moreover i saw at counter she only greets back to white people that's all they did. My experience was bad in this hortons i want manager to read this review please teach your employees a positive discipline behavior ??
There is no option for negative feedback so I’m rating only one star. Services are not good. Ordered DD but there is no sugar in it.
Love the Tim Hortons app. Ordered and paid over my phone. Walked into my local Tim's for pickup. Easy peasy.
They are fast friendly and efficient service. Rarely they mess up an order. I don't want to recommend it because everyone will be going there. But to be honest it's one of the best Tim Hortons I've been to.
